Rose chuckled but spoke lowly "no she won't" ROse wouldn't let her just the short interaction told her all she needed to know and once she joined her again she escorted her to her brother so she could talk to him as she knew if she married or became offically engaged to her he would hurt her in more ways then just one
 
No it wasn't long before they were returning to the palace and Shayne was a bit surprised to see Romeo's general just happened to be with them. Yet there was a rather fearful look on his sister's features before he questioned, "What happened?"
 
Rose touched her shoulder lightly to reassure her before she spoke "your highness I don't think that the male she is currently engaged to is a good match I spoke with his and I can tell you if they are to marry your sister will not have a happy or safe home he already belives he is a royal simply because they are engaged but not even formally as it hasn't been announced. I personally feel if they marry she will not have long left in this world and if she does survive she will be kept separated from you"
 
Shayne was just looking before he spoke, "Well for a while I had been under the impression that it is something that was unavoidable yet when I discovered the will.... It just stated that she had to get married." With that he was gesturing to Romeo who had been helping him look at some viable candidates.
 
Romeo nodded his head and then offered the files to his sister 'as it is your marraige dear sister you should pick but your brother and I knwo them all personally and can vouch for them they will treat you right and give you a good life"
 
Circe was just looking for a brief moment in time before she was taking the files from him for a brief moment in time. Although while she really didn't want to get married.... she truly didn't have a choice in the matter.
 
"sorry but it was in his will at least this way you can chose whom you wed and at least have a chance at being happy with" Romeo did feel bad as he could tell she didn't want to marry but there was little he or his brother could do as this will was written well before his death and before he went crazy
 
Circe was just stating that they could decide... In the end it wasn't as though she really had any freedom. With that she was just turning and leaving the room, having not even looked at any of the files. No this whole marriage thing.... She didn't want it yet, but she didn't have a choice. And it was all... To get her away. She would leave to go live with her husband, out of the way. Fitting for the forgotten child she was
 
Rose stopped her before she could leave and spoke softly in her ear "I know your not happy about getting married or engaged but please look a see who they are suggesting they are giving you a choice in who becomes your partner in all things wouldn't you like to have been the one to make that decision and your engagment could be a long one giving you both time to get to know each other and see if you think it would work out before making a life long commitment"
 
Circe was just speaking "I get to decide... Sure.... But that is all. The whole reason for my father wanting me to get married... Is just to get rid of me. Nothing more, nothing less. What better way to get rid of a useless child without kill them.... Marry them off." With that she was just shaking her head a bit before she was just plucking up a random folder and just handing it to Romeo. There was her choice and with that done she was stating that she needed to go and get ready.
Shayne watched for a moment before he spoke "Our father has had very little love for her since she was born. She was a human born between pure bloods, and on top of it... Our mother died during child birth." Even vampire dealt with difficulties when it came to that.
 
Rose nodded "but as far as I know your father passed and this is all because of his will right it doesnt say when she has to marry by does it?" ROse knew his other guard would follow her as she was still there talking with the prince
 
Shayne spoke "She has to wed within two years of becoming a legal adult. Which would be today actually. So two years from today." He was just running his fingers through his hair a bit and was looking to see which file she had handed to Romeo. Huh.... How general it seemed.
"I think it is unfair. To force your own child into marrying. Not giving them a choice in the matter on if they want to or not." Chrissanth was commenting and shaking her head a bit.
 
"I agree but unless this will is contested there is little that can be done" Rose then looked at them both and wondered if it was possible to contest the males will or not
 
Shayne was just speaking, "She'll end up doing what is asked or her. She knows that Romeo and I mean well when we are personally looking for the perfect person. And ironically the file she grabbed... He is standing in this room.... But looked like he had wanted to follow." Yes he was talking about Kyle. He knew that Romeo would know, but who knew if the others would figure it out,
 
Romeo looked at Kyle and motioned for him to head out after her as he could tell the male was worried. since he was one of his personal guards Circe wouldn't have to worry about moving somewhere where she would be alone and with out family
 
Shayne watched for a moment before he was commenting that he wasn't sure how he was going to feel about seeing the man there then.
 
"we her engagment is announced we need to have them both next to us and watch the male who assumes that he is still her intended" Romeo looked at Rose and Chriss and gave them both a smile
 
Chrissanth was looking for a brief moment in time before she spoke, "But I don't believe that the person she chose even responded." Not that she really knew who she had picked at all, since Circe had picked blindly more or less.
 
Romeo chuckled “she chose the general who had come with us Chriss he is a good and honorable man he will spend the next two years getting to know her and letting her get to know him without any expectations” Romeo had seen Kyle leave so he wasn’t worried about upsetting the male
 
Chrissanth was just giving a nod of her head before she was commenting that that made more sense.

A few hours had gone by and it was finally time for the party. Everybody was already ready, and the guests had already begun arriving, and were mingling in the ballroom. Currently Circe wasn't there, although she had gotten cornered by the man who was suppose to be her fiance. How he seemed furious that she had tried playing such cheap tricks on him.
 
Kyle soon walked up on them and cleared his throat “their highnesses have requested the presence of her highness” Kyle then moved the male out of his way and escorted her in to the ball room

Rose stood next to Shayne and squirmed as she had been forced in to a formal dress only moments ago by some of the maids who had insisted she be dressed properly “is this really needed I am your guard not your date”
 
Circe was grateful for the timely arrival of Kyle and was heading off after him. The darkness that seemed to radiate off of that man was terrifying. "I do not like that man. At all. There is a strong darkness about him. Stronger than most." She was mumbling in a low voice.

Shayne was just looking for a moment before he was speaking "I do apologize for them. I believe they thought you were my date. If you so desire, you can go change." He was however looking towards the doors as they opened and the person was announcing the newcomers. Kyle and Circe it seemed.
 
Kyle looked at her and smiled lightly "I will let the guards know to keep an eye on him and keep him away from you as I do not like how he is behaving either"

"its easier to just stay as they will throw a fit" thankfully she could fight in a formal dress but that was besides the point at that point in time
 
Circe was just mumbling something under her breath, stating that she was certain he would cause some kind of trouble. Yet if one looked at her, they could see an almost dull, lifeless expression in her eyes. Obviously that man had said something that had upset her, yet she knew better than to voice her opinions. Especially when she was alone.... that wouldn't have ended well for her whatsoever.

Shayne was just chuckling before he spotted Chrissanth standing near a few other ladies, speaking with them. Although she was wearing the typical outfit of one of the dancers, having managed to convince Romeo to allow her to dance with the performers.
 
Kyle looked at her and then sighed “what is bothering you you seem down” Kyle didn’t like seeing that look on her face and wanted her to be happy
