Alright got my post up. Do we really want to have a lesbian threesome, right here? I am not opposed (and Eris is certainly into it) but I don't want to hold up the rest of the rp. And TheCosair and I know from experience that lesbian threesomes can end up to be pretty lengthy scenes.

I don't mind one bit. I'll be more inclined to find another diversion for Ms. Herd then.
 
It might be a good idea to just roll with it in a sort of glossed over way, because yeah, it could take a couple of months to ya know write it out in detail.

We don't have to be that detailed, do we?
I don't mind a good steamy sapphic threeway, especially when there is a potential for it being somewhat competitive, but from an overall narrative perspective it might be a hold up unless the other players have similar venues of their own preference to pursue. I'm pretty sure @LeaT can find one to maybe help Jaxx regain a bit of sexual confidence after what Butch put her through earlier.
 
I'll try to get a post out in the next day or two to give a little push forward in the time line, something along the lines of the party wrapping up. Shouldn't effect the other party taking place in the dry storage room though. *wink wink*
 
Since we've hit one of those inevitable hiccups that come around from time to time I thought I would take a moment to get a general consensus before I put a reply down.

So with that being said I'll toss down 3 options for us all to consider.

1-Keep moving forward within the structure of the current day.

2-Bump us forward to the next day, most likely centered around the breakfast gathering where news of the situation with the pirates is shared.

3-Big bump, essentially a fast forward where everyone is coming out of stasis with Ares8 on the verge of arrival at Cynosure.

I'm sure some other options exist and if someone has an idea that I didn't lay out here I'm open to suggestions. In the meantime if anyone has posts they want to make while we figure this out, by all means go for it.
 
Part of me wants to play through the fxfxf smut scene I started, but I don't want to hold up the rp. Maybe @MsBloom and @TheCorsair and I can finish it up on our own, while the rp presses forward? In which case I would lean towards option three, with a brief transition post connecting the current threads to the next part of the plot.
 
Half of option 1, half of option 3 for me. Lots of people got scenes going on, I'm just here for the shooting aliens part so I don't mind either way.

I agree with this completely. Continuing with a detailed smut scene at this point might hold up the roleplay and it can easily be played out on the side while the rest of the story moves forward to the main events.
 
I think I’m good with moving on to the alien/pirate/mercenary murder threeway as well. We can always sidebar the (hopefully) less murderey lesbian threesome into PM or into a new thread (Cynosure Unnecessary Smut Thread, maybe?).

Do we still want me to write a transition post from Ami’s POV while all you worthless organics humans sit in stasis?
 
I think a transition would be fitting from AMI's pov after I get to post the scenario that feds into that. Also a little side forum for things that aren't murder porn could be a good option if people want to have some background smut along with their murder porn I'm all for it.

Sadly, dealing with an ill dog today. She's a 7 year old berner, kind of my baby, going through something that we believe is called Horner Syndrome which affects her eyes, causing irritation and her 3rd eyelid to roll upwards. So delay's might be unfortunately coming from my end. Keeping fingers crossed, it's one of those things that is supposed to slowly resolve itself.

Posted, did a thing. @TheCorsair feel free to play around with that void in time however you like. Everyone else is welcome to post a synopsis if they desire to close out their individual characters perspectives before they entered stasis.

I’m still game. I just thought we were waiting for you to post before I did my “Ami and Ares8 flirt for 6 months” post.
