To Love my Lopunny (Mizzet and Kawaiikitten)

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace shook her head, kneeling down a bit more on level with the Vulpix. "It's okay, we're not going to hurt you." She told her, extending a hand towards her. The other Pokegirl watched her warily, listening to her. Lace repeated what she had said in Pokemon language and the girl began to whimper a little, tails going down.

"I'm...I'm cold...Vulpix vul...and hungry..." She said, her voice shivering. She was certainly abandoned, seeing how she could speak human or at least some manner of it, even with Pokemon slipping in between words. She edged towards Lace and Aiden, ears back.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

"She needs to be patched up as well," he said as her wound would get infected unless he applied medicine. "Tell her she will be safe with us," he told Lace. H wasn;t sure if the vulpix would know human speech well enough so he would leave the communication to Lace.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace repeated her trainer's comment and the Vulpix nodded warily, following them back towards the camp. She straightened onto two legs once they were near the fire, standing a little taller. In human maturity she would probably have been in her early teens, if not a little younger. But then, Pokemon maturity was always a little hard to tell... the majority didn't show their mature selves until they evolved at least once.

Lace and the new Pokegirl talked briefly in Pokemon before Lace relayed the situation to Aiden. "She was tossed out by her trainer about two days ago, tried to follow him and he hurt her until she ran away. Her name is Vesta, she says. Her human speaking skills are a little shaky but she should pick it up fast."

Vesta, meanwhile, was gladly curled up close to the fire, waiting for food and to be treated, though her brown eyes were still wary.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Aiden felt some empathy towards her. "Well she's welcome to stay," he said. "First lets treat her wounds though, if it was two days ago I dont want to wait much longer, the more time we take the more likely shemay get an infection," he said. He went to the bag to get some potion and bandages. He wanted to clean it and keep it covered so nothing got into it. "Tell her it might hurt a tiny bit," he said.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace spoke to Vesta and the fire type looked at Aiden approaching her warily, though holding out her injured paw when requested to. She was still shaking a little so Lace moved to her other side and put an arm around her, telling her it would be okay and she'd get some food then. The Lopunny seemed to be taking on the role of an older sister to the Vulpix.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Aiden smiled at how Lace was acting. He guessed no matter the type or appearence all of the pokemon where in some sense nuturing and understanding to one another. He sprayed her paw with the medicine, it would sting a bit. He would wipe it clean before he tied it up. He was careful with his approach and soon she was patched up. He then got a few things out of his pack, food he had boughten from th mart, as well as berries he had found along there travels.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Vesta was ravenously hungry, her tails wagging as she saw the food being drawn out. Lace smiled a little and nudged her forward. The Vulpix looked a bit anxious but then approached Aiden.
"Thank you for helping me." She said in human, smiling shyly. Lace smiled, obviously encouraging the other girl to speak a little more.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

"Your welcome," he said happily. He would watch what she ate. Normally Lace would go for the sweet berries, and never cared for anything bitter or spicy. He wondered if Vsta would eat something spicy or bitter because she was a fire type. It would just be interesting to see what she prefered.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace helped herself to some of the sweeter foods, Vesta looking over her choice before picking up one of the spicier berries and happily digging in, her muzzle getting a little messy with how eagerly she was eating. She was a cutie and really just needed to be cared for.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Aiden watched the two eat. She had indeed gone for the spicier berries. Lace happily ate her sweeter ones. He sort of let them do there thing, he after all had not yet asked if she wanted a new trainer so soon. He guessed that pokegirls also would take time to get over tramatic things.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Vesta ate her fill and drank some water before curling up by the fire again, this time looking content and relaxed. Lace joined Aiden as the Vulpix dozed and nuzzled his cheek.
"It's good to have helped her. I wonder if she'll come with us." She mused quietly, snuggling up against her trainer.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Aiden nodded "We'll ask her when she wakes up tomorrow," he told her gently. "You seemed like you where an older sisiter though...what brought that on?" he asked her. It wasn't that he didnt approve of it, he was just curious as to why Lace had seemedto suddenly take on that role.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace shrugged her shoulders. "Well... maybe it's because I came from a large family? My parents were Lopunnys after all, so I had a lot of Buneary siblings." She smiled at him. "It's just something I automatically do with a younger Pokemon or Pokegirl in trouble."

Lace had been a wild Buneary when Aiden had first found her, after all. It made sense.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Aiden imagines her family. He thought maybe like twelveother buneary like her and two lopunny being her mom and dad. "So...Lopunny really do have a lot of kids," he said, though he had been mostly thinking it, the words had come out. "Well...she's asleep, and she looks peaceful now," he said. For some reason he wasn;t to tired, more so concerned about Vesta. "Why would her trainer abandon her, do you think?"

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace sighed. "Many reasons. I've talked to a few who were abandoned while I was in the wild. Some trainers are selfish, only wanting strong and powerful Pokegirls to get through battles. If they're not as strong as the trainer wants, they'll just dump them in a forest. It's an awful thing to happen, I'm sure." She explained. "That could be what happened to Vesta. Especially if the trainer hurt her to make her go away."

The Lopunny snuggled close to Aiden, resting her head on his shoulder.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

"Selfish or impatient," he said. He would admit, when she was a buneary she wasn't very powerful, but then he doubted any pokegirl was very powerful right off the bat. But they had gotten close and soon she evolved and now they where at this point. "Well...then again Vulpix can only evolve from a fire stone..." he said sort of realizing that a trainer who didnt know that would probably get upset. But that was still no reason to abandon or hurt her.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

"True but they're kind of rare, aren't they?" She pointed out. "Not to mention, if you're not raised well from one stage to another, it reflects it in your evolution." Her arms wrapped around one of his and she smiled. "I know I'm strong and fast because you trained me so well, Master Aiden."

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Aiden smiled "Yeah....and when you evolved finally...I knew it was becaus you felt I was a good trainer,"Lopunny, like other pokemon, didnt need a stone, nor did they evolve from battle experience directly. They evolved from being happy, if there trainer treated them good, and the closer they got to their trainer, the chance of evolution grew as well.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace nuzzled his cheek and then kissed his lips gently. "You made me the happiest Buneary and now you're making me the happiest Lopunny." She told him, gazing at him contently.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

He smiled kissing her back gently "Your making me the happiest trainer," he told her softly. He held onto her gently, he was sure this wasn't uncommon after all. Not anymore anyways, and if it was, why should it matter?

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Lace purred as they relaxed together, though soon she began to drift to sleep too. It was late and it was cold outside of the warm fire.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Aiden smiled, at some point he also drifted off. All three asleep around the fire. The tent was unthough of as they all slept even when the flames finally died out. The ground didn't seem to hinder his sleep at all.

It was cool in the morning, the sudden moisture of the morning had woken him. His eyes still seeing her asleep, she looked very peaceful. He wondered when exactly he'd fallen asleep. The dirt that clung to his cheek from laying down on the ground told him he'd been out for some time.

He slowly sat up, rubbing his eyes before wondering about Vesta.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

The Vulpix was stretching slowly by the remains of the fire, shaking the dew from her fur before wandering around the edges of the camp. She gathered more wood, tossed it on top of the ashes and then blew some flames on them before settling back down with a yawn, not even noticing Aiden was awake.

Lace remained asleep, small jewels of dew settled on her soft fur.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

"Did you sleep well?" he asked her as he saw her light the fire. She definetally was what they had been looking for. She was small, but she would pack the punch they needed. He just wondered what her former master had done with her.

Re: To Love my Lopunny (Kakure and Kawaiikitten)

Her ears perked and she turned in surprise, then offering him a shy smile. "Vulp- Yes, thank you." She replied, having almost answered in Pokemon.
