Need help summarizing an idea for my thread

What I'm looking for is somebody to help me summarize story #17. For some reason, I'm struggling to break it down to an outline. I feel like it reads too much like a short story rather than a plot suggestion. What I'd like is to make it read more like an appealing RP suggestion that invites partners to offer their own suggestions to plot development, while also keeping the important factors in place. Like an outline for us to build around.

Something like:

Two female friends go off to college together. They've been incredibly close since childhood... but friend A is secretly harbouring romantic feelings for friend B. One night the secret comes out in a humiliating way, thanks to a private love letter (which was never meant to be seen) being exposed at a party. Even through Friend B is straight, she cares so much for friend A that she wants to indulge friend A's fantasies and see what happens...
