The Good, The Bad, and The Dirty (PoisonousIvee/Mr.Aznable)

She blushed softly and looked around before finding the farthest corner in the farthest pew and sat quietly. Some elderly women scooted away from her, like she was plagued, and he could see she was regretting her decision.

He made a soft noise. He carried on with his sermon, and made sure it was a call for unity and understanding amongst neighbors

There were many nods amongst the attendees, others didn't look like they were having it; passing this poor girl hateful stares.

"To those of you who sit in this house of God and cast judgement upon a soul who has the courage to sit before you and set herself upon the path to salvation, I say shame upon thee." He said, suddenly becoming much less friendly. "Who among us has not sinned, hm? Must I directly quote the book in saying "Let thou who hast not sinned cast the first stone?" Hm? I am calling for unity among this flock, yet I see many of you would rather cast out a penitent soul." He said, his sermon now becoming that of hellfire and brimstone, but still, somehow, with a positive message.

They all looked alarmed, the mood switched so drastically so quickly that they didn't expect it from him. The young woman smiled softly and lowered her head humbly. He was so kind.

He made a noise and nodded. "That's what I thought." He said. The mood changed drastically again, and his smile was warm as he continued the sermon.

When the sermon was over and everyone filtered out when the church day ended, the girl hadn't moved from her spot.

She looked up and shook her head, "No, it's alright. Some children need a little more firmness when being taught lessons."

She laughed softly behind her hand, "I would hope not..." She said gently. Poor girl really did come straight from the brothel, didn't she? Her dress was way shorter and way tighter than it should have been for church attire.
"Um...do you mind if I stay here a bit? I don't feel safe going home just yet.."

She blushed softly, his hands felt oddly rough.
"Last week, you mentioned you knew well that God forgives all...but you didn't really clarify..."

He made a noise. "Well, when I said that God forgives all, I meant it.." he said. He slowly rolled up his sleeves to show ornate tattoos going from his wrists, presumably all the way up his arms. He gave a soft smile. "We all come from different walks, child.. choose different paths.."

Oh. A sudden heat washed from her face to between her legs in an instant. Why was that so attractive? He was a man of God!

"So.. you see..? We're all in the same boat here.." he said. "These.. well.. they're ugly little reminders.. but, I don't let them bother me too much.." he said with a smile.
