The Dragon Knight (Ren Olvry & AlabasterDragoness)

Joanna sighed contently as Drace kept his thrusts steady. She couldn't help the giggles thag came out of her when his nibbling grew a little rougher. "Try not to leave any marks," she said gently, rubbing the back of his ears as he shifted himself to penetrate her at a different angle. "Yes..." She began to kiss along his jawline as she felt herself being carved out for him.

Shifting her hips more to match his pace, her mews grew more desperate as she gripped his shoulders a little harder. "Faster..." she pleaded, pressing her cheek to his as she panted in his ear.

"Maybe... later, then..." Drace suggested with a slight smirk. Whenever they might be ready to have other people know, when a bit of a mark on Joanna's shoulder would easily just be covered up by her clothing from most people... but for now, he could at least be careful enough not to, even if his nibbling didn't stop. Especially at the touch to his ever sensitive ears, a content hum escaping him at that feeling.

Hardly was he going to object to her next suggestion, though, that ear just slightly twitching under the feeling of her breaths. On that note, then, his hips started to shift a bit faster, his thrusts coming a bit harder, if still careful enough not to pass the limit she'd set. Especially at that angle that he'd taken, he occasionally exhaled a light, pleased growl or groan feeling the slick motion against her walls. Then a bit faster still, his fingers gripping a bit further at her thigh... and, knowing that he probably wouldn't be able to stop himself otherwise as he came ever closer to his peak, shifting his head a little to trap her lips against his, his long tongue eagerly pushing a little against her lips, hoping to take the embrace they'd come close to sharing that previous night.

She gave him a smirk in return, already imagining others' reactions at a mark he'd leave her. Though, it was best for now to settle with nibbles, especially seeing how he had no intention of stopping. She began to cry out more as his thrusts quickened and he let out a small growl every now and then. Her body began to pent up once more as she felt him press his lips to hers and even proding his tongue at her lips. She opened her mouth slightly and slid her tongue under his.

Pressing her body against his, she cried out one last time before her body came undone beneath him, trembling in the aftermath as she shakily drew each breath. She buried her face into his neck, exhaling one more pleasured groan. Even if he didn't fit his entire length in, she smiled to herself. Taking the time to recompose herself, she brought her head up and caressed his cheek.

A bit faster... part of him wished a bit further, but that could, perhaps, come later. For now, Drace was only too happy to slide his tongue somewhat eagerly over Joanna's, his grip remaining on one of her thighs even as she continued to push against him. Feeling her release wash over his length, though, he broke away from the kiss and seemed to just barely stop himself at her shoulder, his own hitting him soon after her walls started tightening, filling her with what he had left for now before exhaling a slow, shaky breath when he was through.

"Coming here today... I confess, I didn't think we'd get quite this far," the dragon suggested with a little chuckle, tilting his head a little to nuzzle gently into the hand on his cheek. "And I don't think it will ever not be amusing, to some degree, to think a dragon knight and a human queen..." he added, putting on a grin and giving her wrist a small kiss.

"Now, then... shall we take another little rest? I think... after going so much, it might be a bit called for..." he suggested, putting on a little smirk on the thought of how she'd woken him up the last time.

Once they were spent, Joanna smiled as he told her that he didn't think they would go all the way. "To be honest, I didn't either," she panted. "But I'm glad we did." Of course, this meant that she would less likely be able to keep away from him whenever the mood struck her now. However, she wouldn't have it any other way. For now, she ran her other hand over one of his arms as managed to catch her breath.

"Yes. But that's our little secret for now." At the suggestion to rest a bit before they returned, she nodded, deciding she wasn't moving to have him withdraw from within her. "I could use some rest." She gave him a small kiss and buried her face into his neck once more.

"As am I," Drace offered in turn, giving a little grin. Their secret, then, at least for now... just as this place in the forest would be. And rest, then... at the least, Drace could grip lightly into Joanna's hip, ever so carefully shifting them to their sides to lay more comfortably together while not otherwise moving from within her. Hardly was he going to pass up that lingering feeling for now, especially after their first time together.

Like that, he carefully snuggled up a bit closer, his chin resting over her head, before steadily drifting back off to sleep. This time especially, he wasn't to wake 'til some time later, spent as he otherwise was from all their activities so far. Just as well, he was quite content to not move, even feeling his length mostly shrunk out of her... except, perhaps, for a wing stretching out a little, and resting lightly over her. Beyond that, and a hand starting to slowly stroke along her back, there would, at least, be no surprise waiting to wake her as she'd done to him... at least, not this time.

Joanna allowed Drace to shift her around so they could remain comfortably close to each other. With his wing draped over her and his and on her back, she drifted off.

It was late afternoon when she finally awoke. Tempting as it was to wake him up in the same fashion as before, she chose to nuzzle into him as she was sure he was still exhausted from earlier. She did, however, gently rub his neck and bury her face into it. The kingdom would be in an uproar should anyone happen upon them, though she highly doubted that would occur. Looking up at his wing, she gently ran her fingertips over it. Although she was glad that she had her notes, she felt a little guilty that it ended up having an ulterior motive. Though, Drace didn't seem to mind one bit.

"Drace," she whispered, continuing to run her fingers over his wing. "I think we should go soon. I'm sure everyone will start searching for us by sunset." She gifted him with a small kiss as she rested her other hand on his shoulder.

"Mm... I suppose so..." Drace somewhat sleepily muttered after a moment, his ears giving a small twitch when Joanna spoke. "Though I wouldn't much have minded simply staying here for the night," he suggested with a little chuckle, hugging the woman a bit closer to him at least for a few moments more of just simple peace, with just the two of them out here.

"Back to the castle for now, then... and the town tomorrow. Depending how that might go, I wonder if, just perhaps, more might be arranged... someday. With a select few other dragons that once followed me coming along, that is; a thought for the future, really," he idly mused. How well that might go... well, he couldn't possibly say. But it wouldn't be so strange if there were even at least one other dragon around, given some time, would it?

Even on that thought, though, Drace slowly released Joanna from his grip, exhaling a light sigh as he made to steadily sit up and glance over to where his shorts had been left behind, as well as Joanna's clothing and the other things she'd brought along here. "Mm... then one more, before we leave," he suggested with a little grin, leaning down for another small kiss before he got up to slip his shorts back on, allowing himself a long, leisurely stretch before his new lover would be ready to head back to one of their balconies.

Smiling to herself, she sighed. "Yes, if only we can do that." Perhaps they could always find an excuse to do so in the future. But the day was about to come to a close and they needed to return before a search party was sent out for them. She pressed herself against for a few more moments and then loosened her embrace around him. When he asked if he could have a few of followers from his previous home, she nodded. "Perhaps once things have settled."

She happily returned his kiss before she watched him slip his shorts back on and stretch. "Mm, can't say I'm not disappointed you have to put those back on." Getting up on her feet, she quickly redressed and gathered her things before she waited for Drace to pick her up. "I can only imagime everyone's response if they ever find out about this." A little smirk crossed her lips as she ran herbhands over his arms.

Perhaps, then... well, later, at least. There was still needed time to get him more acclimated here -- and indeed, others acclimated to his presence in these lands -- and time for any others that surrounded Joanna, save perhaps that brother of hers, to understand that he'd let nothing happen to her, and more. But those would be tasks for later; there would be several things to do until then.

Either way, Drace's ears flicked up a little at Joanna's comment, a light chuckle escaping him and a smirk crossing his face. "The same could be said for me of your own clothing. All several pieces of it," he teased. For that next comment, though, he exhaled a thoughtful little hum, meanwhile leaning down a little to carefully pick the woman up and start to take to wing.

"Oh, they'll certainly be surprised; their queen, one so many have chased after, laying with a dragon," he chuckled lightly. "But we have time; enough, I'm sure, for them to see me differently especially. And as... different as your human culture is, I am still working to understand it, at the very least," he added with a little grin, not taking long besides to return to his balcony for now, glad to see nobody waiting for them this time... not that he would've expected it.

"A meal, then, perhaps... and tomorrow, I think we can take it a bit easier so we have energy to go through town," he suggested with a little smirk.

Joanna held on to Drace as he took to wing and flew them to one of their balconies. "A meal wiuld be good right about now."

"Your Grace?" a young servant asked, peeking his head through the doorway. "Oh thank goodness you two are back."

"No need to worry about us," she reassured as she climbed down. "We only had an afternnon outing."

"Sebastian was about to send a search party for you. He was concerned that something happened to you."

"You can tell him that we're alright." She smiled at the servant as he bowed and left the room. Turning to Drace, she kissed his jawline. "I suppose we should head downstairs for our meal."

Was that man going to do such a thing, then? Well, Drace couldn't exactly consider himself surprised. That was likely to be one of the bigger problems to deal with over time... but the best he could really do otherwise was get others to like him a bit more. No need to spend too much energy on a likely lost cause.

"I suppose we should; I doubt he'll be satisfied just hearing you're back," the dragon agreed, giving a small grin at the kiss to his jaw. "Should we tell him we'll be out tomorrow, then, or should we simply inform enough guards to know that we're away so nobody worries too much?" he asked with a curious little tilt of his head as he started to lead the way out of the room, fully expecting to see Sebastian once again quiet and huffy by the time they got back down to the dining hall for a meal.

"I know," she told him. "He'll calm down once he sees that I've haven't vanished on everyone." And she would never hear the end of it, she was sure. A laugh escaped her at his next inquiry. "Perhaps if we notify enough guards, he'll be put at ease. I've had to do that before." Following behind him, she was bracing herself for Sebastian to practically throw himself at her and go on and on about how worried he was for her and that he thought something had happened to her. But much to surprise, and slight disgust, Quentin was sitting by Sebastian.

"You haven't left?" she asked him.

"I was concerned for you, Joanna," said Quentin. "I was going to leave around midday, and you were nowhere to be found. Your brother and I were going to send a search party for you."

Joanna rolled her eyes. "We're fine... We just went out to surveillance the border." Well, everyone always assumed she did, anyway.

Well... if she said so, at least. Still, rather than thinking too much on it for now, food seemed rather the higher priority. To which end, Drace found himself leading the way down this time... just to ultimately exhale a slight, displeased hum seeing who was already there. Or rather, still there. He could yet still give the man his persistence... but it didn't mean the dragon particularly appreciated it.

"Truly, again, dear sister? You have him now, do you not? As long as they keep their side of the truce, there should be no further need of that," Sebastian sighed, still not even deigning to look in Drace's direction. "And if you keep going, people may start to suspect things. They might start to worry that there will be... more of them," he added in complaint. There's already been rumors and complaints starting to rise about supposed sightings!" Though of course, whether they were just Drace, or whether they were even real... well, who could say, but he couldn't possibly take that risk one way or another.

"It doesn't hurt to check every now and again," she told her brother. "Besides, once things have settled and everyone is accustomed to Drace, I plan on allowing him to bring a few of his followers here."

"His what?" Quentin rose from his seat. "Joanna, surely-"

Her eyes bore into his. "Sit."

"But-"

"I. Said. Sit."

Quentin exhaled a frustrated sigh as he took a seat. "I hope you know what you're doing."

Joanna sat at her place at the table and gave Quentin a smirk. "And you don't have to be so persistent anymore. I have allowed a suitor to court me."

Quentin almost dropped his goblet and looked at her with widened eyes. "You what?"

"You heard me."

Just as Quentin had started to object to the prospect of bringing more dragons along -- whether or not they might happen to be followers of Drace specifically -- so too had Sebastian. Everything, too much was changing thanks to this truce of theirs, and he didn't approve in the slightest... though really, he'd made no actual secret of that. But all the same, the man huffily sat back down upon that order, that might as well have gone to Quentin and him alike. Casting a quick glance to the dragon himself, however, he found the creature's expression to be quite impassive, unreadable.

"Who?" Sebastian quickly insisted on that last point, slipping himself up from his seat this time and letting the chair slide back a little in the process. "We need to know, we need to... to prepare!" he added, his eyes once again, cautiously, flicking to Drace... though all he received in turn was an impassive glance. Not him, then... or so he hoped.

"No, before that... these followers of his, a suitor... him. The people need to know, do they not?" Sebastian suggested in turn.

"I will let him be known when the time is right," she said. "For now, we want to take this time to better know each other and announce our arrangement when we feel like we're ready." Of course, a few months would give her and Drace enough time to know each other before they made it official. At Sebastian's next protest, she shook her head. "Of course they have to know, but nothing will happen until some time has gone by and I feel that things have calmed down enough to do so."

Gesturing him to sit, she sipped at her wine as she sighed into it. He was more frantic than what she had hoped.

"And if this suitor doesn't work out...?" Quentin asked.

"He will. Don't worry about it."

Honestly, especially since this dragon had come along... still, too much was changing. Still, with an annoyed huff, Sebastian lowered himself back to a seat, moving his attention, at least mostly, to his food while Drace himself spent that time idly eating, seeing no real need to offer any input of his own. Not especially at some risk of saying a bit too much, but he'd little doubt there'd still be at least some suspicion on him. Not that it may even matter, in the end.

"If you're that confident... then fine," Sebastian sighed. "But I do not terribly approve of bringing more dragons here. We are in a truce, not an alliance," the man grumbled slightly, though it seemed that was about all he had to say on the matter... except for one more thing. "The people will not like it. There's already many on edge."

"You forget that we may eventually work towards an alliance. I'm sure when Drace and I go to the towns and villages in the kingdom, our people will perhaps have no need to fear him. But we shall see." She ignored the defeated look on Quentin's face as she ate idly in silence. All the while, she let a foot casually rub against Drace's as she watched Sebastian stew in disappointment and Quentin burying his face in one hand.

"Besides, I think if we arrange for Jarus and his court to come in a few months time, that would help with everyone's anxiety over the dragons." And she knew nobody could prevent this.

Working toward one... with creatures that had killed many of their own -- as he was certain Drace just as well had -- and who many still had survived fighting against. Sebastian still couldn't say he approved of any of this, but from the start, it had seemed that there was little going against her. Drace himself, however, wore an ever so slight smirk feeling Joanna's fit rubbing against his leg, making sure otherwise to not really let anything on.

"You suggested bringing Drace's... followers, then. So long as it can be guaranteed that nothing will happen, I would much prefer they be nearly the only ones that come along. At least give me that," Sebastian requested. He still didn't like the dragon, nor did he plan to... but at least this way, there wouldn't be too many unfamiliar ones around. In a sense.

"I can arrange that, if needed," Drace himself finally spoke up. "At most, there are three I have in mind; none of them should cause any problems, though one can be a bit too energetic for his own good, and another can be picky about things she doesn't like... but all of them have followed me alone for some time now," he mused in turn. Though part of him hoped that they weren't the source of any of the rumors going around, now that he'd so abruptly left.

"Until then, though... the people must approve. If not, we will have far more problems," Sebastian suggested, on that point.

"They should in time," replied Joanna as she tried to enjoy her meal. Perhaps they should have stayed in her little spot in the forest for the night so she didn't have to deal with her brother. "And if there are more problems, we will handle them accordingly." For the time being, she wasn't planning on anything arising from this.

Once she was finished, she waited for Drace to be done before she rose from her seat. "I trust you'll be off in the morning, Quentin."

Quentin sighed. "Yes, I suppose so." He eyed Sebastian for a moment as Joanna and Drace left. "Sebastian, if I may... how is your sister actively courting someone that no one knows about and has only brought it up the night after I tried to win her? You don't think she's just saying that to make me leave or..." He sighed as he shook his head. "I'm worried that Drace has truly bewitched her and he's plotting to steal the throne. I will leave in the morning, but please keep me informed of whatever is going on between them. If he's using a ruse to catch her off guard, I want to be here to help."

A bit more, then, and Drace finished up with his own food, exhaling a light, relieved sigh now that he had some energy back -- at least for now -- before retreating off with Joanna, and leaving the other two to do as they would. To him, at least, it was little real concern; she was the queen, after all, and if anything did happen, they'd have him to deal with just as well.

"Of course. What goes through her head sometimes..." Sebastian sighed, leaning back a little in his chair for now. "But she does tend to be honest, if nothing else. I may yet try and get a message to Perseus; he's staying in their lands for now, so he may have some insight of his own. But you shall hear regular word from me, should anything happen, or should anyone let slip even a hint of who may be courting her... whether that dragon or someone else entirely," he assured, before musing on something else.

"Should you hear of any of these dragon rumors on your way, though... please do let me know as well," he requested in turn, starting to shift up from his seat to retire to his own room, tempting though it was to try and... check on his sister and her dragon.

"I shall," said Quentin. "Courting doesn't necessarily lead to marriage. But please let me know the minute you hear something." With that, he retired to his room so he could prepare to leave in the morning, once again leaving empty handed and defeated.

Joanna locked the doors behind her and Drace as she went to join him on the balcony. "Do you think my brother and Quentin were satisfied with what I told them?" she asked. "I will admit I'm worried that they'll do everything they can to thwart my plans. What if they find out about us?" It wasn't like her to be worried, but knowing Quentin would stop at nothing until he or someone else married her... she rested her head on his arm. "I don't know. I hope I'm wrong. I really do."

To that... well, Drace had little doubt that they weren't satisfied. That they'd probably try and dig in more, or do whatever else they might see fit. It seemed, though, that Joanna didn't disagree with that thought, a light hum escaping the dragon soon enough as he went to wrap his arms lightly around her waist. "In truth... you're likely right. They seem the types likely to try what they can for their own purposes," he idly admitted, before giving a small shrug.

"But they are not the queen, Joanna... you are. And the best we can do for now is move forward ahead of them. Start to visit the towns and villages, every one we're able; show them that I, at least, am no more a threat, that I stand with you alone," he suggested, pressing a small kiss atop the woman's head in turn. "The other knights here, as well... it may well be time for me to step among their number, to show them who I am. We'll have as many on our side as we can get, and they'll not be able to stop anything then," he added.

"It won't be easy -- it was never going to be -- but we can accomplish this," he ultimately assured, hugging her a little closer. "After all, you did manage to 'tame' me easily enough," he lightly teased, allowing himself a little chuckle.

She sighed as she rubbed his arm. "Well, Sebastian could be swayed, but..." Burying her face into his arm, she hummed as Drace suggested that they start visiting the towns and villages so everyone could see him and having to step in with the other knights.

"Yes, I was going to suggest that." When he teased her a out taming him, she laughed. "I can do that again whenever you'd like." She traced a pattern on his chest and rubbed his arms. "I'd like to think that perhaps one day both kingdoms can unite. But that might not be for some time."
