Her mouth formed a small o when he explained what he had meant, a small nod. Her blush when he mentioned his body. Biting her lower lip she smiled shyly as he promised her she'd never wake up alone. She trusted him. Trystan would always be there. It wasn't something he was just saying, he meant it. She'd not known such a feeling of safety in such a long time. She'd not needed once she was dead, but she found that now she had it, she had missed it. Feeling safe. Feeling cared for even. She'd told herself and even fooled herself into thinking she didn't need either. Trystan was proving her a liar though.
"I didn't spy!" She hadn't, that time at least "I pushed your clothing in and then fled!" Also true, mostly. She had also laughed at him and his anger. She looked down at her lap, recalling it. A smile on her lips. While her head was bent he growled at her again, the sound not angry or scary. She didn't know why, but it felt sensual and she shivered, lips parted. Trapped and cuddled in his arm she was stiff for a moment before relaxing into him. He couldn't hold her against her will.. they both knew it. She wanted to stay caught in his arms. Leaning into him she listened as he explained.
Teasing. She thought it was odd to tease about, but while she puzzled at it, he reassured her. It was to see her blush, wasn't it? That was odd, but she found it didn't bother her. He seemed to really be sorry too. A small shake of her head. "I don't understand it, but.. I didn't mind" Her smile was shy. She'd be raised in time fare removed from his own and while she couldn't recall her life, she knew that what she did next would have been highly frowned upon. Her face tipped up and even as innocent as the kiss was that brushed his lips, chaste and sweet. "I like the way you make me feel good too.. Safe" her smile grew though the shyness never left.
