She sat close to him and when their time came to an end, she packed up and kissed him goodbye before heading home. He couldn't focus long enough after, his thoughts plagued by her.
How did he get so lucky to have a woman like her as his own? She was always there for him, always keeping their home clean and food was always in supply. And she was so beautiful for a Dark Elf, filled out and blessed by Dibella - even if Satlyn didn't believe in the Divines.
When he was able to go home after spending all day in the Dour, the house was full of the smell of food. "Is that my darling husband?" Satlyn called, "Or another guard coming to 'check on me'~?"
"There was one that was bold enough to knock on the door after I woke up this morning.." She said as she came to greet him, "Caught me in the least amount of dress reserved only for the Captain's eyes~"
"Yes, he was very brave~ even apologized tremendously when I told him that all I had to do was walk up to the dour to have you personally reprimand him for trying to court your wife with you so close to home~" She told him before she kissed his broad snout.
She came back with two plates of chicken smothered in a homemade gravy and a medley of roasted vegetables. She set his plate before him and broke some bread to set with his plate, reaching over the table to the shelf above to get their wine glasses, accidentally - or maybe not - putting her bust in his face.
She came back with a clear glass bottle of a golden liquid, "So we have this one from Cyrodiil called Sparkling Honeydew. If I recall, it was a gift from the Battleborn clan." She said.
