Naturally when Yumi saw him she grabbed a wet cloth from a bowl used to wash one's face and began washing his face while he laid on the bed as well as his horn.
"You know, you can't go out drinking every time Ava makes you upset."
She said as she wiped some blood from his muzzle and kissed his lips. Making sure he was clean, she snuggled up into him and went to sleep that night while Ava was up training Tenchi how to pick pocket at night and do so in a smarter fashion. Being smart about it, picking the target and tracking them before stealing their coin, rather than just walking through a crowd and going after everyone in sight. Ava also taught her how to limit her time to steal as she would draw attention if she stole too much from a certain area.

By the time morning came about, Tenchi had quite a bit of coin but Ava had her saving it for later. Getting the two females some food she let them sleep while she used that time to go to the market and buy a small dagger for Tenchi, her own dagger that she'd be learning to fight with. Having your own personal weapon was the best thing for a warrior of any kind as it would become a part of you. When the females woke up, Ava showed Tenchi her new blade and informed her that she was to Master that weapon. Naturally the female was very excited over this.

The afternoon, while Yumi and Mochi were in the Inn tavern eating lunch, word began to spread about the Lord coming down with an illness. Vomiting and being very slow due to his body being so sick so they would be seeking outside help as no one knew what his illness was. This also meant that the male wouldn't be leaving his home and the security would be lessened a bit to allow for outside medical help.

He growled a little as Yumi spoke. "Yes I can. I'll just stay drunk all the time." he groused and let Yumi take care of him. Yes, he was pouting, but he was drunk and needed to feel needed. Something that Ava was not very good at. He fell asleep cuddled with Yumi, and the night passed in restful slumber.

Morning arrived and it seemed that Ava was still busy since they didn't see her at all. Even when early afternoon cam around she was still not to be seen, though rumors had begun circulating that the Lord in the castle had fallen ill. He had no proof, but Mochizuki was suspicious that Ava had something to do with it. That had made it so that the Lord was not leaving but staying in his castle. That made things easier for them if he decided to stay put.

Once they had eaten Mochizuki put Yumi back in their room and then went for a walk, hoping to run across some of the Lord's men. That was easy enough to do, and soon he learned that the doctor's suspected poison, but were trying to determine what kind.
