Please feel out this form if you are interested and send it to Ironic.

Skills C
[Please answer ALL of the following questions to the best of your ability, if uncertain, type N/A]
1) You have an idea and want to propose it to your fellow staff members. How would you go about doing this? And if it was talked about and eventually denied how would you handle it?
2) As an appropriately ranked staff member, you receive a report from a member simply telling you that they are being harassed by another member on site, say via PM. What would be the first step you would take to work toward resolving this, given only this information?
3) You're on the Welcoming Committee and you welcome a member who either seems like they might be too young or a spammer, what would you do?
4) As a global-moderator (Green), you witness a political and/or religious argument on our Discord server that starts to become toxic. One of the people you personally agree with, but the other one you strongly disagree with. No other staff members are present, so what do you do?
5) You are in a discussion with other members of staff about something site related and a higher ranking staff member says something that you personally disagree with, would you speak up? And if so, how would you get your point across to them?
6) As an appropriately ranked staff member, you find out about or see a lower ranked staff member using their staff power to do things they aren't supposed to be doing, what would you do?
7) If you found out about a higher ranking staff member abusing power, what would you do?
8) As part of staff, a member confides in you privately that another member has been bothering them/making them highly uncomfortable using offsite means (such as Skype or private Discord). How would you handle this information?

Skills D
[Please answer ALL of the following questions to the best of your ability, if uncertain, type N/A]
1) As an appropriately ranked staff member, you notice a trend in member behavior that is causing negative effects for other staff members. What course of action do you take?
2) As an appropriately ranked staff member, you notice another staff member struggling in their role. What course of action do you take from start to finish?
3) As an appropriately ranked staff member, you have to make a tough decision knowing full well it's the right one, but that it will cause several to get upset. How do you handle that?
4) As an appropriately ranked staff member, you come up with an idea for the forum. How do you bring up the topic to others?
5) If you could change one thing about the site, what would it be, why and how would you go about doing it?
Below are the basics of what is required when you're a Welcoming Committee team member:

  • 1) Personalize each greeting. If a new member's intro is lacking substance, then try to comment on their username or make a general inquiry.
  • 1a) Somewhere within your greeting, be sure to include a link to the Site Rules, as this helps alleviate early ignorant infractions and answers some frequently asked questions.
    Code:
     [url=https://bluemoonroleplaying.com/community/threads/20413/]Site Rules[/url]
  • 2) Post in the introduction section at least a few times a week.
  • 3) Maintain an overall professional appearance. You may joke and contribute to silliness, but refrain from politics, religion, and vulgarity in greetings.
  • 4) If greetings are caught up, check back on some replied-to intros to see if any new members asked questions after your greeting.
  • 5) Only give the time that you have to spare. Do not overextend yourself or stress yourself out thinking that you are being graded.

Please contact "Ironic" regarding your interest in this position.
Please note, that if you are inactive without any warning for a few months we have the right to terminate you from your position. This isn't due in any ill manner.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!
