1) A member approaches you with a problem not designated as something you're supposed to handle, what do you do?
2) A member posts an introduction that seems to violate site rules, what do you do?
3) You have an idea and want to propose it. How would you go about doing this? And if it was talked about and eventually denied how would you handle it?

Below are the basics of what is required when you're a Welcoming Committee team member:

• 1) Personalize each greeting. If a new member's intro is lacking substance, then try to comment on their username or make a general inquiry.
• 1a) Somewhere within your greeting, be sure to include a link to the Site Rules, as this helps alleviate early ignorant infractions and answers some frequently asked questions.

• 2) Post in the introduction section at least a few times a week.
• 3) Maintain an overall professional appearance. You may joke and contribute to silliness, but refrain from politics, religion, and vulgarity in greetings.
• 4) If greetings are caught up, check back on some replied-to intros to see if any new members asked questions after your greeting.
• 5) Only give the time that you have to spare. Do not overextend yourself or stress yourself out thinking that you are being graded.
