Welcome to Atlantis Academy! (Lia && Chokuro)

The knock at the door didn't surprise her. She'd prepared for it, and her baby was safely tucked away. And only she knew where he was. The tall (six foot) woman opened the door with a smile. Her auburn hair was swept up in a fancy up-do, and she was wearing the latest navy dress, which accented her pretty blue eyes. She was toned, but slim, and wearing heels that raised her height another four inches. "Yes?"

Rune arched a brow at the woman, staring at her before his light blue eyes rolled. "Give me back Liam." He said simply, not willing to play around at all. He was his child and he was not going to let some woman - even his biological mother - take that away from him. LEast of all by a woman, really.

"I'm sorry, I don't know any 'Liam'." Her voice was pleasant and friendly. She knew that she wouldn't disarm the man in front of her, but she wasn't going to be rude either. "Please, won't you come in? The neighbors will start talking." She smiled and stepped aside to allow Rune into her home. What was the harm anyway?

Rune rolled his eyes and stepped into the house. "Fine. Elly." He 'corrected'. Rolling his eyes once more, he turned to look at the woman, arms crossing over his torso and his foot tapped upon the ground impatiently. "Give me back my son. You are a piece of shit who abandoned her child, beat up your eldest, and made everything the most annoying thing ever. Now. Give me back my son."

"I assure you, I never beat either of my sons." The front door was closed and the woman moved further into the house. He would follow, or not. She didn't care either way. "Can I interest you in some tea, Mr....? I'm sorry, I don't believe I know your name." She poured some tea for herself and sat at the table to fix it.

He rolled his eyes "Of course. I'm sure it was your husband." He twitched slightly, pissed off about his prior encounter with the man. He followed the other into the other room, foot tapping on the ground. "Listen, bitch. I can easily find where Liam is without you. And right now, I would love nothing more than to make you join your husband in hell, but! that's a bad example for my children. So, give me back my lawful son, and you can keep breathing."

She poured her 'guest' a cup of tea despite his lack of answer, and sat at the table to sip hers. "I'm sure you'll find that the people who have him are prepared to keep moving." Her voice was still calm and steady as she spoke. "You killed my husband. And no matter what type of man he was, he was my husband and I loved him very much. So, as I see it, an eye for an eye, dear."

Rune walked over to the woman. Setting a hand onto either side of the chair and leaned toward the woman. "If you're going after my husband, it's moot. He's far more protected than any goon you could ever said" That and they tended to not die easily. "And if it's me, bring it. I will love to have a reason to kill you." He leaned closer to the woman. "Give me my baby, now."

"I don't want your husband, or you. Though you are gorgeous, aren't you?" She smiled at him and continued to drink her tea as if Rune was not mere centimeters from her face. "You can have him," she offered, grinning a bit more. "If you can find him."

"Easily." He whispered and then pushed his form off of the chair. He turned on his heel, looking around and then walked around before he took up the poker for the fireplace. Moving to another room and kicking open the door open, pointing hte poker at his neck. "Give my Liam." He hissed, taking the little blond and then shoving the poker through the man's thigh for good measure. He then turned and began to walk away, holding his baby tightly.

Calder couldn't believe that Liam was about to turn eleven, and the triplets were eight. It was an upside to living forever: the years just sort of blended together. The blond smiled as he watched their three youngest chase each other around, playing some sort of game that he hadn't caught onto yet, while reading the morning newspaper. The main headline caught his attention quickly, though, and panic struck through him. It wasn't something anyone had thought would happen and yet, here it was. The blond rushed into the bedroom and prodded his husband awake. "Rune. Rune you need to see this."

Rune growled. He rolled over onto his sisde, looking up at the man and he grumbled a bit more. Taking a hold of the paper, he glanced over it before shooting upright instantly "What the hell! This is ... this is such Bull!" He hissed, turning to look at the man, narrowing his eyes a bit. "What kind of warped ... WHY the hell would this happen1?

His mind was in a million places at once. Calder wanted to answer Rune's questions (they all were "I don't know"), and he wanted to start packing, and he wanted to run with the kids and the rest of their family. Instead, fear rooted him to the ground as he, very slowly, began to process everything. "We need to get the kids somewhere. Australia. We'll send them to Pierce and his...zoo." While he was sure with the new laws being passed, travel would be quickly restricted. But if they acted fast, they could use the jet to their advantage.

Rune nodded, scooting to the edge of the bed and pulling Calder to his side to make sure he sat and stayed there. "Good plan." He admitted, nodding a few times more. "I'll call up Rom and Remus and let them know too." He kissed the other's lips firmly before standing. "Come on. Go help the kids pack, I'll call." He would not let his kids get hurt. He refused to let them get hurt.

Reaching out, Calder grabbed Rune's hand and spun him back. "Everyone. We all have young kids. Call them all." He knew that Rune wouldn't forget about their family, but Calder had to make absolutely certain of it and he only left for the kids' rooms after his husband nodded. "Boys! Come and help me pack!" There were a lot of questions about why only they were packing, and not Mama and Papa, and where they were going and why. Calder fielded the questions as best he could without terrifying them. It didn't take long, because whatever they'd forgotten would be bought once in Australia, before they were back in the living room with their luggage.

Rune rushed to the others once the calls were made, giving Liam a nice shiny credit card. "This is your grandmother's card. I'm only giving this to you so you have some money. It's just in case they block out our bank accounts. She knows. She might even wind up seeing you there. But we have to get you guys going." He kissed all four kids on the head, pulling them into a tight embrace. He really did not want to see them leave! But knew it was for the better.

Liam looked up at his Mama, eyes wide. He didn't understand what was going on, but knew by his parents' tone and body language that it wasn't good. He hugged his parents both tightly, burying his face into their chests. "Will I get to say goodbye to Zealand?" he asked softly, scared. Calder gave a look to Rune and sighed softly.

"Claire is going with you. They'll be at the airport." The blond didn't let them linger anymore. He ushered his family out the door and into the car, throwing the suitcases in the trunk and the keys at his husband.

Rune gripped him tighter before nodding and following him into the car. He quickly moved through the crowd, seeing all four squished in the back and sighing. Last time for that for a long while. He pressed his foot into the gas more while they moved through the town. Soon skidding to a stop in front of the airport. He hopped out and scooped up the bags from the back, beginning to hurry.

Lucifer was anxiously waiting there, hands resting on Claire's shoulders as he held back the urge to cry into his son's back. He wanted to go with him, but knew it was better he did not.

Zealand held his son and husband close to him as they waited. The brunette breathed a sigh of relief when he saw his inlaws, and hurried both Lucifer and Claire forward. "Be good. Listen to Pierce and Remus and Romulus and Gideon." He hugged his young son and then turned to his brother and pulled him into a bone crushing hug. He hated to know that he would be losing Elly once again, but it would be worth it to know that he was safe.

Lucifer hugged Claire and then turned to hug Liam and then the triplets, kissing everyone's heads before he took in a deep breath. "Okay... Behave you guys, please!" He kissed them once more before biting his bottom lip. HJe honestly was not sure if he could watch them go on the plane without sobbing.

Zealand wrapped his arms around his husband for support, kissing the top of his head as the kids gathered on the plane and it, thankfully, took off. Calder watched, curled into Rune's side while crying softly. "Come on. We have to get out of here and figure out what the hell we're going to do." He'd have suggested keeping their heads down and going with the flow of things until an opportunity presented itself, but he was married to Rune Lin and Calder knew that they would be taking a more active stance than that, and much sooner than anyone would probably guess. But for the moment, he wanted to get back into the safety of their own home.

Rune wrapped his arm around Calder, keeping him in his side and trying to soothe him a little more. He turned to the other two and sighed "You'll be living with us now until this is over. Especially since your non-magical husband will be quite useful, I am sure." He informed Lucy then nodded and headed to the car. "Meet back at the mansion." He stated before opening the door for his husband then setting into the driver's seat himself.

Lucifer sighed, hugging Zea and kissing his neck gently. "Everything will get better. Mama ... Mama is good at this stuff."

Nodding at his mother-in-law, Zealand turned back to Lucifer and kissed him, pulling the smaller male tightly to him. "No matter what happens in the coming months, always remember that I love you." He gave another quick kiss to his husband before nudging him towards their own car, and the brunette sped off as soon as they were both safely inside. Zealand had a very bad feeling that his not having powers would make things harder for Lucifer rather than easier.

They entered the house, and Zealand was relieved to see everyone gathered there. He lead Lucifer to the sofa and made sure he was comfortable before going to help Calder in the kitchen gather drinks for everyone.

Once everyone had what they wanted (though he noticed no one was drinking), Calder wrapped himself around Rune once more. "What are we going to do?"

Lucifer curled up in the seat, hating that he did not have Claire beside him. He bit his bottom lip and pulled his knees closer to his form. He leaned into his lap, eyes closing as he relaxed into his form. Tried to at least.

Rune sighed heavily. His eyes closed and he rubbed his temples in annoyance. "Personally, I think find the man and murder him, but I realize there are steps to that. One of that being not getting killed." He bit his bottom lip as he settled into the couch a little more. "I honestly do not know..."

Sitting beside his husband, Zealand pulled Lucifer into his side and hugged him, listening.

"The school will be a target, not that parents would be stupid enough to leave their kids there right now." At the words, Nikkos blanched just a bit and leaned further into Tomias' side, resting his head on the other man's shoulder. They'd worked hard to build their life with that school and it was in jeopardy.

He took a deep breath after a minute and then stood. "Someone needs to get Raphael and Caden and Uriel. I'm sure they've yet to make it out of bed yet. And someone will need to be there to orchestrate the chaos that will ensue once parents start to read the papers." Leaning down, he kissed Tomias' lips. Whether or not his husband wanted to go with him was up to Tomias, but Nikkos knew that at least one of them had to be there.
