[i]Celerity[/i] - Celerity refers to your character's speed. 0-1 is that of the average human, 2 is that of an Olympic runner, 3 is as fast as a car, 4 is almost as fast as a jet. 5 is faster then what the eye can see. 

[i]Resilience[/i] - Resilience refers to your toughness. 0-1 is that of an average human, 2 means you can shrug off bullet wounds with ease, 3 means you can survive getting hit by a car and most falls, 4 means you can survive the fall from a skyscraper, and 5 means you can survive in the Sun for a short period of time. 

[i]Vigor[/i] - Vigor refers to your character's physical strength. 0-1 is that of an average human, 2 is that of the worlds strongest man (meaning you can lift 1 ton with ease), 3 means you can lift up to 3 tons. 4 means you have the strength to lift a car. 5 means you are able to bend solid steel.

[i]Animalism[/i] - Animalism refers to your character's ability to commune with and command animals. 0-1 means you can command something as small as mouse or a ferret, 2 allows you the control of something the size of a cat, 3 allows you to control something as large as a dog, 4 is roughly the size of a horse, 5 is anything bigger.

[i]Obfuscate[/i] - Obfuscate refers to your character's ability to cloud your presence in a beings mind. 0-1 means you are only able to be hidden within the shadows, 2 means you are able to detect a person's blind spots and use it against them, 3 means you are able to fool the mind's eye to see you as a different person, 4 allows you to disappear in plain sight, 5 allows you to make an entire area disappear.

The scale goes from 0-10 and as the number goes down, so does your human appearance. 10-8 means you are more human then humans, you won't feast upon the blood of a mortal and follow a strict moral code, you almost have a glow about you. 7 is that of a normal human being, you know the rules but sometimes choose not to follow them, maintaining a very human appearance. 6-5 means that you are willing to do what is necessary to survive, you won't go as far as burn property but if it means your survival, you'll kill. At this stage your skin is much more pale and your body temperature is much colder. 4 is when you are more the willing to kill others to have your way. You will lie, cheat, steal, do what it takes to get what you want. At this stage, you begin to look much less human and more like a monster. 3-2 is when the lives and property of Kindred and Kine mean very little to you. You take pleasure in things like murder and the taboo and you do so with a very monstrous appearance, almost not even considered a human like creature. 1-0 is when there is nothing human left, you are a mindless beast that only feeds, sleeps, and kills. You are an animal, nothing more.

Name: Prince Visago Antonetti

Age: 500 years of age

Race: Kindred

Place of Birth: Venice, Italy

Skills and Attributes: Visago is a skilled aristocrat and has dabbled a bit in politics in the 500 years he's lived. He has a way of....persuading those he meets, willing to lie and cheat to do what is necessary but also keep the peace. He is also a very charismatic person. During the Renaissance, he was rather infamous for his way with the ladies. He's a skilled chess player, a skilled strategist over all, and a very skilled fencer.

Abilities:
-Dominate: Visago has studied a great deal of this Discipline and has learned to control those he's met. The more he speaks to a person and uses his ability, the more pliant the person person becomes
-Presence: Visago has always had a talent for giving off an entrancing presence, as though his voice had a direct link into your mind. It's probably what allowed him to be a fan with the ladies. He is able to convince someone to commit murder should he feel the need or inspire fear in his enemies.

Brief History: Visago was born during the Italian Renaissance to a royal family in Venice. He was raised by a family of vampires, taught to become a leader. While his father and mother would have him become a king, they would find him as a disappointment when he would have rather bedded beautiful woman then deal in politics. That wasn't to say he didn't have any skill in the matter. If anything he was more then skilled. He simply didn't have any interest in the business. As time past and the Antonetti family came to be a valuable asset to the Ventrue Clan. Visago would become a disappointment to his family. Visago had matured in his days as a young man. He saw the importance of politics and wished to become a leader but at every moment, his family insisted he wasn't fit for such a duty.

Humanity: 7-6, Visago tends to teeter between being a human and being a vampire. For all intents and purposes, he has maintained a very human appearance and human demeanor.
 
Too lazy to look for a picture so I'm going to type out my character's appearance and if you don't like it, tough shit.

Name: Dietrich von Wolfgang

Age: One hundred and ten years

Race: Kindred

Place of Birth: Munich, Germany.

Height: Six foot two

Weight: One hundred and ninety pounds

Appearance: Weighing in at one hundred and ninety pounds all of it muscle who towered over most people, Dietrich von Wolfgang became an infamous brawler both in life and death. However, it would be a fool's errand to think the vampire solely relied on his burliness and he was dumb muscle. Though not Einstein intelligent, Dietrich possessed a certain cunning about him and appreciated good literature. The vampire's strength and intelligence were his greatest assets, but he did posses some agility. Even when Dietrich was still a human his skin was snow kissed. In life the vampire was the Hitler's ideal German, a flaxen haired and cobalt eyed Aryan. As a part of the brown shirts Dietrich kept his face clean shaven and hair short, but now as a vampire he kept his hair wild and shoulder length. The vampire kept his outfit simple wearing a black denim jacket with the sleeves cut off, a plain black shirt underneath, black jeans, and black hightop sneakers. Dietrich was his own vampire and refused to dress haughty, like those in the Camilla. However, he also refused to be like his fellow Brujah who mostly looked the same to him.

Abilities:

Presence: Though Dietrich possessed the ability, he refused to use it due to it reminding him of Hitler. Even though human Hitler was able to sway people, by playing to their emotions and fears. So it instead of training to use his presence, he practiced resiting it for there was still demagogues even as a vampire.

Short History: Dietrich von Wolfgang was born to a German veteran of World War I and when he was old enough, joined his father in joining the Brown Shirts. When not street fighting other political street gangs or at political meetings, he would be lost in a good book one in particular, Mein Kampf. However, things changed between June 30 and July 2, 1934, with the order of the execution of all the Sturmabteilung or Brown Shirts. Dietrich lost his family during the Night of Long Knives, but he was spared though now a vampire. As a result of being betrayed the now vampire male, hated all organized authority no matter how just. Along with his hatred of organized power, Dietrich hated the Masquerade and like other Brujahs, wanted a vampire utopia where he didn't have to hide his gift. However, he knew better to lose his humanity due to the Sabbat being a clear example, of how that path would turn out.

Humanity: 7-6, Though he hated having to hide his true nature, Dietrich keeps a human appearance and act about him.

Abilities: Presence just by touching them and looking at her victims in the eye, she can play with their emotions and make them do whatever she pleases with them. She doesn't use this ability often, only if she feels the need to protect herself and anyone she may hold dear to her.

Brief History: Ambrosia was born in Glasgow, Scotland at the near end of the Scottish fighting for freedom against the English. Many were slayed; women, children were kidnapped by the English including her. She had a normal life (minus the war and being taken) until an English who took her turned out to be a kindred and turned her into the creature just like him. It took her all not to lose her humanity after he turned her but frightened about what she had become, she went on a killing spree. Now, years later, she's used to her kindred stage but sometimes wishes she could go back to being human.

Humanity: 5. Though Ambrosia is not the one to kill for fun and pleasure, she'll do whatever is necessary to keep herself alive and safe even if it meant killing.

Skills and Attributes: An accomplished hunter and woodsman before he was Embraced William has had centuries to hone his skill and is an expert in tracking and herbal medicine knowing which plants can help heal and which plants can kill

Abilities: protean-can alter own form to grow claws and shapeshift into animals or even many smaller animals, can even meld with the earth and travel beneath it during the day

Name: Elsie Quinn

Age: 89

Race: Kindred

Place of Birth: Philadelphia, 1897

Skills and Attributes: Elsie has put great care into learning to exploit her slight frame and supernatural muscle control to move nimbly and quietly when necessary. Her handful of careers and the interests of her sire have endowed her with noteworthy knowledge of media and an intuition both for tracking its trends and for propagandizing an ideal. The decades have also left her with a fair number of nights to indulge her more casual interests in linguistics and medicine.

Disciplines: Celerity 2, Resilience 3, Vigor 1, Animalism 1, Obfuscate 2

Abilities: Presence: Her careers in modelling and in stage acting have been well-aided by the air she carries with her, pregnant with possibility. When this effect is at its strongest, those susceptible might feel that time condenses into the present moment, concerns about the past or future seeming less pressing, less real.

Auspex: While a far cry from a mind reader or even a lie detector, of note is Elsie's ability to sense immediate desires, though that is not to say she can divine motive. She may know a person is looking for their keys, but not what has compelled them to leave or where they plan to go.

Brief History: In life, Elsie was born into an upper middle class family in Philadelphia, the daughter of a prominent architect. In 1909, the family moved to New York City. In 1914, one Alijss van Bruggen, the so-called Child Elder of Boston, made a new home for herself in New York, and it was in 1920 that she first became fascinated with a 17 year old Elsie, for the next four years secretly steering her into a modelling career before giving her the Embrace. From there, Elsie was the instrument for Alijss' new pet cause: reinforcing the success of the "flapper" phenomenon in America and abroad. While the fashion was hardly Alijss' sole doing, she was amongst its architects, and Elsie was her muse and mannequin.

As Elsie settled herself into Kindred society, she found herself less the social engineer that her sire was, and more satisfied to revel in her narcissism, which was fostered by Alijss' affection. Though she served her sire’s purposes of helping to mold emergent culture well enough, it was far less out of interest in that culture than it was out of a desire to be idolized—to see more like herself.

Humanity: I'm not sure. A tentative 6. She is very comfortable with feeding on mortals and probably doesn't take the threat of the Beast as seriously as she should, a confidence born from having avoided draining any of her marks dry in 68 years. She dislikes causing others pain, but less because she empathizes and more because it's not attractive to see.
