What is your profession?

On official forms, and when most people ask, I say that I'm a full time student. My long term career goal is to be a cosmetic surgeon. But on the side (jobs I've held in the past or currently hold now), I'm a barista and a musician. :)

I'm a salesman, originally of cellphones, recently of liquor. I think I prefer the booze, though researching my product is harder (and more expensive).

I was training to be a nurse at one point but found that my heart strings were too weak to continue, unfortunately. I do a bit of everything now, though recently worked for a charity helping parents seek contact with their children.

I'm a front desk clerk at a hotel during the week days and the overnight auditor for the hotel on the weekends. Not glamorous or a 'profession' so to speak. But it gets me by.

Highschool literature in the good ol' south. Which means I also coach.

I work in a grocery store as the supervisor / manager of the Frozen Department. Manager when they want to blame me for stuff, but only a supervisor when they want to give me credit for something. Manager because I'm the only person working it, supervisor because I'm technically a subset of the "grocery" department as a whole, meaning the Grocery Manager is above me.

 You are under your own self? Or is there another Manager?

So, Grocery encompasses dry goods (non-General Merchandise, like medicine, hand and body soap, things you can get in a convenience store), Dairy, and Frozen.

So, I'm the only person working in the Frozen department, meaning I walk the line between Manager and Supervisor because there's someone above me, but I'm the only one in my aisles.

Previously, I was a dispatcher for an HVAC and refrigeration repair company that services big names like Starbucks.

Now, I work for a local company that's entire mission is to help the lives of people suffering from mental illnesses or disabilities. I'm part of the department that helps the clients who are higher functioning to find employment that they would be able to keep and would sustain them financially based on their needs.

I love my job.

Educational leadership. It's why I enjoy the release of writing here so much after Adulting all day. :)

Construction management--owner's rep side of the business (So I hire and fire the architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, hahaha).

Kitchen prep person and drive thru specialist at a non fast food restaurant. I shall not state the name but it's not a place that is typical like burger king or McDonald's...

I love my job but its hard on this old lady.

I'm a waitress part time and a full time student.
Main goal is to become a Veterinarian.
