Nightstalker ~ Gypsy Prisoner ~ DarknessEmbraced666

Natayla flinched when the gavel was brought down but she didn't lift her head as he sentenced her and she felt the guards move behind her, grabbing her arms and forcefully lifting her and escorting her out of the room. When she was pushed back into her cell, she stumbled and looked back at the guards before moving so she was leaning against the wall and she slowly slid down in the corner so she was sitting there, curled up into a ball. She couldn't believe that she'd been charged and found guilty of things she didn't do and now she was stuck there in the town until she was finally freed.

Judge Ross Pascoe had said in court the next day she would be moved but in fact that evening it would happen. Dismissing everyone from the room he made preparations for her travel and arrival at his large estate just out of the city. With all the mandatory checks having been done he smiled and relaxed with a tea before summoning the guards with the horse drawn carriage to bring her after dusk.

Natayla ignored the meal the guards reluctantly brought her and she slept through out the day. She felt completely and utterly exhausted and drained. When the guards came for her, she was sleeping in the corner with the food from earlier still sitting on the bench. The men grabbed her roughly without waking her and dragged her out of the cell to a carriage where they shoved her inside and locked the door, sending her on her way with several guard to escort her. When the carriage arrived, one of the guards went up to the door and knocked, waiting for the judge to answer.

Judge Ross Pascoe had finished the preparations for her arrival, new clothes in the large room for her. Several thick metal bars on the window would stop her from escaping that way. The few townsfolk who lived close to him would in no time at all realize she was staying there as he knew the children would entice her a little and with his encouragement she would stay here for a long time. Standing and walking from the lounge room to the front door he opened it and spoke briefly to one of the guards before they escorted her inside, unshackled her and left.

Natayla was escorted from the carriage and as she was led up to the house, she looked up at it almost fearfully before she was lead into the house. She watched as they unshackled her and then left, leaving her alone in the house and she sighed while rubbing her wrists. The young woman already didn't like her surroundings. They were lavish and expensive. Something that gypsies didn't care about. Sighing, she wrapped her arms around herself and bowed her head.

The Judge watched the bowing of her head, most of his furnishings only looked opulent. He had given a lot of his money away to charity years ago. The only items visible to guests only cost a few shillings or pounds and had been bought from travellers just like her group. His words coming out softly as he spoke. "Miss you will be staying here to serve your sentence."

Hearing him speak, Natayla looked up and turned to look at him and she gritted her teeth, her green eyes flashing with her dislike. "I'd rather stay in the jail." she said bitterly and then turned away from him again. It may have been a nice home, but it was a prison none the less and gypsies didn't do well in stone walls. They weren't as lively or as happy. They liked traveling and being free and being locked up was hard for them.

The judge heard her words and although bitter he expected nothing less. Walking a little closer to her and turning her head back to face him he looked directly into her eyes as he spoke. "There is plenty of space out the back, the neighbors will enjoy your presence too."

Natayla glared up at him and jerked away from him. "Don't touch me." she hissed. "You may be the judge but you have no right to touch me." She took several steps away from him and she wrapped her arms a little tighter around herself. "I don't want to know your neighbors and I don't care if there is plenty of space out the back." She felt tears pricking the corners of her eyes but she forced them back, refusing to let him see any more tears.

Judge Ross Pascoe listened to her words and watched her retreat back a little, moving quickly he grabbed her roughly by one arm dragging her up the long narrow corridor and pushing her into the room. Door closed behind them as he thrust her body down fast onto the bed, ripping the shirt off her body he tied her down and glared into her eyes. "You will obey me while here, if you don't you will suffer."

Natayla cried out when he grabbed her arm and she struggled against him as he dragged her up a long narrow corridor and pushed her into a room. She tried to get away from him but within seconds she found herself on the bed and she pushed at him as he tore at the shirt. Fear was written on her features as she thrashed beneath him, attempting to get away. "Stop!" she screamed as he ripped the shirt from her and then tied her down. She breathed heavily from her struggles and tears filled her eyes again as she laid there topless, her cheeks staining deep red. "I will not." she said, doing her best not to cry.

The judge heard her words and brought his hand down hard across her cheek before reaching for one of her breasts and clamping it. Soon both of her breasts were clamped with the chain pulling on them harder as he grinned into her eyes and made sure she was securely tied to the bed. "A few hours alone like this will change your mind."

She cried out again when he hit her and the tears she'd been fighting to hold back finally fell as he clamped something to her breasts. When she opened her eyes, she looked down and her face flushed with the heat of humiliation and embarrassment as he pulled on the chain, making her arch her back while crying out in pain. After he released the chain, she glared up at him. "You bastard!" she spat, her hands curling into fists. "I will never willingly serve you."

The judge grinned into her eyes at her small outburst. Light laughter could be heard as he left the room and locked it behind himself before walking casually down the hallway to enter his room. Several hours later he moved from his room, taking the small bottle with him.

After he left her along, Natayla struggled against the ropes holding her, pulling at her wrists but the only thing she ended up with were chaffed wrists. When she stopped struggling, she looked around with a glare and took in her surroundings before looking up at the ceiling with a sigh. Slowly over the hours, she fell into an uncomfortable sleep until she heard the door unlocking, the sound making her wake up but she didn't open her eyes and she kept her breathing even and slow as if she were still sleeping.

The Judge opened the door, walking casually across to where she lay shackled to the bed. His fingers opening her mouth and pouring some of the liquid down her throat, making sure she swallowed it he spoke. " A little gift I was given only a month ago by a traveling salesman."

Natayla was taken by surprise when he forced her mouth open and her eyes shot open as he poured something into her mouth and she sputtered, trying to spit it up as she coughed. "What the hell did you just give me?" she asked him while glaring up at him. She was now beyond upset. She was shackled to a bed, topless and she was just forced to swallow something by a man that she hated.

The judge grinned into her eyes but remained silent for several minutes as he removed the clamps from her breasts. "Nothing that will harm you. Get some rest for the night."

"What was it?" she demanded, wincing slightly when he removed the clamps, her glare intensifying. "And I was getting rest until you came back." She jerked violently at her restraints, some of her long dark hair falling in her eyes as she struggled momentarily.

The judge continued to grin into her eyes, almost ignoring her words and the tone with which they were said. "Then rest well" No sooner he had spoken he was back out the door, closing and locking it loudly behind himself. With the extra security around the house he smiled at the thought of unshackling her tomorrow to roam the whole grounds, it was better than she thought here.

Natayla continued to glare at the man as he moved towards the door and left, leaving her alone once again. She hated him and she hated this place. Closing her eyes with a soft sob, she turned her head and slowly opened her eyes again to look out the window at the night sky, her vision obscured by the metal bars over the window.

Judge Ross Pascoe knew it would be unwise for him to follow through with what he had planned, it was risky as well since she could so easily just escape. With her picture through out the town and every leaving spot more or less guarded it would not serve her well to do so.

That night, Natayla fell into an uneasy sleep much like that past two nights. The only difference was that this place was a little warmer then the jail, but it was less comfortable. Every now and then through out the night she would wake up, hoping that it was just a bad dream and she'd be in her friends wagon, but she was always disappointed to find herself still shackled to the bed.

The judge woke his usual early time in the morning, soon the kitchen was smelling like breakfast as he set the food and drink down on the table. Casually walking down the corridor he opened the door, soon having her unshackled before speaking. "Breakfast is served. Follow me"

Natayla was once again woken up by him unlocking the door and entering the room. Once she was unshackled, she sat up and crossed her arms over her bare chest, curling her legs beneath her body. "No." she said defiantly. "I refuse to go anywhere without clothing. And I refuse to wear this.... stuff your little guards forced me to wear." She glared down at the boots and pants she'd been forced into the day before.
