I'll Follow You to Hell and Back [DarkMudkip/Jikkah]

((Hai!))

Kiyomi followed Midori through Iga to Ise, Owari to Mikawa, and Totomi all the way to Suruga. Kiyomi hid her ears and tail, turning her lantern into a parasol

Midori could see the estate from the small tea shop they were at, chewing happily on a dango and drinking her tea, occasionally glancing at the people passing by on the streets. "Do you know how many able bodied men are inside the estate?" She asked Kiyomi quietly.

"Hai." She replied, sitting back. She enjoyed being with Midori in the week or so they had been traveling. She would even go as far as to say that she was growing feelings for her master

Midori glanced to Kiyomi every now and again, and she had to admit, she was pretty cute; she was fun to have around, a good change of pace.

((Okay~~))

When night fell, Midori went to work, making her way around the entire wall before she found a spot that wasn't as gaurded before hopping over. She had gotten hakuma early in he day so it'd be easier to fight. Slinking through the shadows she avoided the gaurds outside easily, slipping inside undetected.

Kiyomi slipped in in her fox form, makig her way passed the samurai guarding both floors and moving toward the room the Kuromitsu blade was being held in. Moving over to the pedestal the blade was mounted on, her ears perked in alarm, "This isn't-!" She gasped when a rope tied around her paws and hoisted her up. She thrashed and tried to gnaw the rope to free herself, freezig when the door opened, "Konban wa, Kitsune-san." Takeno greeted. Kiyomi's ears fell back, "Shimatta..."

Midori felt something was off as she made her way up the stairs toward the second floor where the blade was being held. This was way to damn easy. She scowled heavily, they probably knew she was here, which meant a little bird had been tailing them. Gripping her sword and hurried toward the room where the blade was being kept, something nagging at her in the back of her head.

When she entered the room before where the blade was, Takeno was standing in wait. He looked up and smiled, "Oh, there you are! We were wondering what was holding you up."

Midori's green eyes scanned the room. "We?" She asked, looking back at him, entering the room but keeping her distance.

He moved and reached into the room behind him, throwing Kiyomi at Midori's feet. Her snow white fur was red and coated in blood, beaten and broken. She lifted her head weakly, "G-Gomen...Midori-sama..." She yiped weakly

Midori's eyes widened in horror and she kneeled beside the broken Kitsune. "K-Kiyomi.." She glared up at Takeno, hatred boiling her blood. "Bastard..!" She hissed, drawing her blade.

"I believe you both came here for this?" He held out a pure black katana, smirking darkly. Kiyomi whimpered weakly, "The...Kuromitsu blade..."

"Lowly man such as you has no right in even gazing upon a blade as such." She growled, slowly moving closer to him.

"Much higher." She said with a smirk, taking a stance. "Let's see just how well you can dance pretty boy." She said, mood shifting as she got ready to fight.

Takeno unsheathed the Kuromitsu blade and took a stance, "B-Be careful, Midori-sama...! Even a single cut will feel like a thousand stabs of a blade...!"
