Kazack created beings with his Light Magic and Sephora created beings with her Dark (Shadows) Magic. Under the guidance of their Spirits, both race of beings lived together in harmony as both were equal under the eyes of the Spirits. After thousands of years and the attention of the Spirits moved to other ambitions, tensions formed between the child races. The Light Beings, the Mao and the Dark Beings, the Samtite started to fear and hate one another without the words of the Spirits to guide them. The fear boiled and boiled until the breaking point, the death of an Samtite child by the carriage of an Mao Noble. The event was called the Great Schism, the Dawn Blood, the Dark Chapter. The 500 year civil war that followed was one filled with war crimes, death, pillaging, massacres that slow changed anything it touched. He kidnapped the Shaman of Light Alliance, she was the only one left connected to Kazack. This single act, drew the attention of Kazack and Sephora who decided to end the war themselves. Two Shamans made truce between the two alliances and the Spirits created the Miasma, a magic mist that divides the two groups, one in the Northern Hemisphere and one in the Southern Hemisphere, but in place of the Shaman the Demon King will have an annual sacrifice of a young maiden.

It was the beginning of her 3rd and last year of college, she was always alone as she kept to herself. She's your average student with high 70s lower 80s marks, doesn't make a lot of trouble in class, keeps her head down to avoid making a scene and try to make nothing a big deal. Alone, she sits in the back of her classes and works on her laptop, on schoolworks or her writing. In the wake of the Calamity, heroes from another world are summoned to the Realm of Nosx, a world of magic and fantasy. Countless heroes are summoned to many of the different countries that exist in the Realm of Nosx.
One of these countries is the Empire of Dorean, a country with lush forests, green grasslands, mineral rich mountain ranges and a coast to the Sea of Sanrel, one of four Great Seas in Nosx. Dorean has a rich military history - being similar to the medieval German States - with a strong and diverse economy based around consumer goods, an abundance of raw materials and cheap, slave, labor - the slaves are more a kin to Roman Slaves -.

Once the Parasite was doing what it was designed to do, the governments around the world, issued National Emergencies and Martial Law once it was known that the governments couldn't stop this Flu. The truth about the Flu was released online some months after the outbreak.
It took three years for the civilizations of old world to fall as the biological weapon killed off half the world's population but it didn't stop there. Humans, animals and plants were mutated by the weapon and turned them into monsters or more monstrous versions of themselves as some human, animals and plants are seemingly immune to the effects of the Parasite. However all living organism are afflicted by it in one way or another.
It's been 50 years since the initial outbreaks and the world is not how it was before, humanity is a shell of its former self and what's left of civilization are locked inside fortress cities, caravans, roaming tribes and raider. gangs. The technology level ranges from Semi-modern post industrial age to techno stone age. Catheryn Hammacher, a 19 year old daughter of blacksmith that's housed in one of countless fortness cities had never seen the world before the outbreaks but had listened to stories of it from her Gam-Gam - her Grandmother - and late Grandpa. She lives in a multi generational house with her grandparents, parents, siblings and nephews and nieces and she works with her dad in his smithy.
One day, Banshees - humans the Parasite changed - attacked the city and some got in and Catheryn was attacked, and bitten. She fell into a coma for a year as her natural antibodies and the Parasite already in her body fought off the foreign Parasite, unlocking her potential.... A Parasitic Suit.
