"There's a place I use for my studies at the far end of the woods. It's probably a half mile walk."
She said with a soft shrug, ignoring his first question. Moving from the tree, she braced herself before she started to walk. It wouldn't be easy going. Removing her scarf, she undid the buttons of her jacket, loosening it up even as it pained her to do so. With quick and practiced gestures, she tied the scarf tightly around her ribs, allowing her to breathe a little bit easier. Re-buttoning her jacket, she started to walk once more, not caring if Vallios chose to follow or not. It was his choice after all. Besides, once she was at the little cottage, she could properly wrap her ribs until they healed and get some hot food and drink. She kept a watchful eye on the woods, knowing the creatures here wouldn't bother her, but they might try to stop Vallios. They were protective of her, after all.
