Myles had been in the NBA for three years now and hadn’t progressed as much as other members of his draft class had. He was tall, athletic, and naturally gifted but there was still something missing. It wasn’t that he needed to work on his shot or his handling. No, it was his mind and his core that needed work, which is why he decided to look into yoga.

He knew the thought of a 6’11” black man doing yoga would be comical to most and that he would get some Twitter commentary from it, but he knew he needed more than just extra time in the weight room. When he found about Konnie and Crystal Clear Horizons he knew he had to give it a shot.

It was a Friday afternoon when he walked into her studio, having booked a private session with her earlier in the week. He stood at the counter towering over it as he waited for her to appear.

Konnie Reigns was a name that was slowly moving up on the several branches of businesses that she touched. Of course, with the idea that holistic medicine and crafting of physical manifestation of spiritual energy was accepted, it became more than just a concept. The young woman's dream of helping others find their ways and fill their minds with the trust of opening up to the metaphysical and smoldering thought processes of time, were entirely new to some people. She understood this, which made the process of teaching others so much of an experience she enjoyed beyond normal measure.

Konnie had listed in a private yoga session by whomever it was that was able to pay enough to buy out her whole day. Which wasn't completely unfamiliar, but not common enough for her to just overlook the potential danger of having only one witness being herself. There wasn't any telling who it was that was coming in for their lessons, though if anyone was willing to go through the paces, she wasn't going to complain. The familiar bell jingle of her front door opening and the buzz of her inner door was sounded off after passage had been granted. Konnie soon appeared afterwards, and adjusted her glasses as she approached the counter. She was a bit out of her edge, which was clear by her staggering steps that almost caused her to bump into the small table set aside from the end of the station.

"Welcome to Crystal... Clear Horizons. Where we... oh." The small woman froze up, as she realized whom she was talking to. She leaned back and took a couple of steps to get her vision of him clear, and chuckled nervously before she thought about what was going on. "Oh... wait, you're Myles, yeah? M-makes sense since you're the only one here." Konnie pointed out, as she looked to the ledger underneath the counter. He had already paid for the day, so it was in motion before they began, as she traced her finger over the paper. It was then did she press a button from where she stood, which locked the front door, preventing anyone from coming in and messing things up.

"A-alright, uhm... just, come to the back over here, and we can get started. I, assume you already know about how we do things here? Err... not sure if you're alright with... assistance?" She asked, and gestured to the large room behind the front in which Myles had walked into. It was complete with mats, wall mirrors, and a window with the view of the city to enjoy. It was soundproof, and allowed any range of noise and sound to come about without being heard from the outside, especially considering the windows themselves were tinted. Konnie moved over to let him set his things down, and instructed the large man to take his shoes and socks off for the sake of the room, as she walked over to the entertainment system by the front corner. She turned the device on, and smiled as the resumed music began to play and fill the room. Soothing flute and string instruments, to get them started and into a state of relaxation.

Konnie certainly lived up to what her Instagram made her and her business out to be—she was very in-tune with nature and definitely an afficianado in the devil’s lettuce. Myles didn’t mind, he was a smoker too, at least now that he wasn’t getting drug tested every other week. The league had begun to open up on marijuana use as long as no one was caught outside under the influence.

“Yup, Myles Turner it is.” He said as she seemed to only know his name through the reservation. This surprised him quite a bit, even if she wasn’t into sports his name would get him some credit just about anywhere in town. It was almost refreshing.

Konnie was unique, but still a looker for sure. Her slender body with wide hips and a nice ass was to die for, and their height difference was an even bigger turn-on. Plus those colored dreads? Yeah, he’d never been with a girl like her, that was for sure.

“Assistance? You mean like you helping me pose? Or am I supposed to smoke too before we start?” He asked, laughing a bit but also wondering if he should’ve brought a dimebag. He took his shoes and socks off and followed her back to the soundproof and tinted room as she started some mellow music to set a calm, natural vibe.

Konnie swayed a little with the music that seeped into the room, and laughed to herself in the meantime. The main feeling of cloudiness was well within her own mind by the time she heard Myles's words, and looked over her shoulder to see him clearer. Her sweater was loose fitting, though the tight shorts and tank top she wore underneath allowed the quick exchange of business and casual cathartic sense of direction. She looked on and picked up the leveled bong of hers that she had been using, before the situation took a turn for the best as she ripped a hit quickly, and pivoted on her heel as she exhaled.

"You can if you want... but, you don't have to. Got a couple strains ready for you to choose from just over here." Konnie spoke up, and gestured to the many jars under the table she set the music system on. They were labelled and collectively mentored for the use of either smoking or nursing. She took a moment to breathe clearly, as she emptied her lungs freely of the foggy smoke and handed the glass instrument of ascension to him.

"Gotta warn you though, th-these aren't your garden variety strains, man. They... a buddy of mine in charge of this supply company gets all the good stuff." She explained, and picked out a jar to start. "Might wanna begin with this one. 'Winter' is a good starting line." She twisted the jar with a grunt, and shrugged after having given it a smell. Konnie let the towering man get a whiff before she plucked out a bud, and began to pack the bowl of the bong to prepare him for the session of theirs.

Myles hadn’t thought he’d be getting to sample a new strain of weed when he’d walked in, but Konnie seemed to be full of surprises. “Sure, I’ll trust you on this. It’s been a few months so I wouldn’t want to get anything too strong to start.

Watching the little white hippie girl packing her bowl was quite a show. She was obviously a frequent smoker, but he’d never seen someone do something like packing a bowl so methodically. She definitely knew her herbs and he knew he was in for a treat.

When offered the bong he took it and a nearby lighter before taking a good long hit, holding in for a while before blowing the smoke out and up into the air. “One more, just to be sure.” He told her before taking another hit and passing the bong back to her. “That shit’s good. You’ll have to let me in on who this supplier friend is. But for now, let’s get to work. I’m ready to see how yoga can my profession.”

"Oh, well.. he's really just this cool guy who spends all his time trying to sleep with me. Told him I don't date clients and suppliers. Kinda like... the one rule about my job." Konnie explained as she took the glass instrument back from Myles, and walked over to the entertainment center. She structured the playlist's future route, and simply stripped herself of her sweater. She folded the thick fabric from its position in her grip, before having placed it down.

Her pale skin was covered in tattoos, which held a certain grace of self-explanation from the symbolic settings they resided. Natural beauty was important to Konnie, so much so that she refused to really wear any makeup, or go outside of her way to make herself vain. Sure, she made sure to handle hygiene in a serious tone beyond what would be considered normal, but that was only due to the fact she was able to understand herself better than others. She looked Myles over, and realized that it was now that they had to get things going.

Konnie stretched herself limber, and directed the man to the mat opposite to her own, the black, ornately designed placement of hers was obviously settled in. "Well... if you want this to be your job, man.... You gotta learn some stuff. Like, degrees and whatnot. We all went through it." She explained, and sat down on the mat. She worked herself into a crossed-legged position, and waited for him to do the same. It was only a matter of getting him through the breathing exercises, and strengthening poses. "We're gonna start with some manageable startups, yeah? Just to get into the groove of things, and so I can see where you're at so far."

Myles’s eyebrow arched and his pupils widened a bit when Konnie removes her sweater, revealing more of her small yet perky breasts and tattoos. She started talking about how he would have to learn just like everyone else as she took a cross legged position on the mat. It was as if she didn’t even know what he did for a living.

“Hahah, no, I mean to make me better in my profession. I don’t want to teach yoga.” He said as he took a seat on his mat and stretched out, mimicking the cross legged pose she was in. “You do know I’m a basketball player, right?” He asked, amazed that she might not know who she was.

Konnie breathed in deeply, then out. The foggy smoke within her lungs was slowly draining throughout the tempered exercise as she got rid of it all, and inhaled through her nose. She could already feel the head change, that was amplified from her current state of ascension. "Huh... basketball? Wait... you play basketball? Oh, w-well... that, makes sense." She scrunched up a bit nervously, though giggled her way through it as she attempted to make the point without drawing attention to how she came to the conclusion.

Konnie was a bit of a free-thinking individual in a general sense, though she did have limits in what she accepted in specifics. Aside from her yoga and ability to tend to people's bodies, set her on the path of learning about Myles. "Well, let's get this started. Gonna kick things off with a 'child's prose'. You know that one right?" She asked, as she slowly worked her way into the simple pose to show him how it worked. Even from the short distance, her tight top was no match for the womanly curves of her upper body, such as the fact that her pierced nipples were prominent through the fabric, along with her pert breasts that seemed to stand on their own due to their small size. "Just breathe... stretch it all out, and focus on your energy, yeah."

Myles’s eyes dimmed as Konnie told him that it made sense that he played basketball. He could have called her out for such a comment, but she was stoned, had shared her weed, and that giggle was too damn cute to feel any ill will towards her.

“Child’s prose? No, I haven’t. This is my first time doing yoga.” He told her as he simply tried to imitate each move she made. He had a harder time due to his longer limbs and not working on his flexibility as much as she had but eventually he got it. As she stretched out he could see the piercings on her nipples poking through, causing the bulge in his sweatpants to start thickening as he maintained the pose. “Like this?”

Konnie motioned for the pose's entry with a sense of determination in proving how well it was able to be completed. Surely, but the time she was revolving into the pose needed, he had questions. Fortunately for the ball player, it was a simple one to imitate, that relieved all kind of pressure from his back while also targeting his flexibility potential. She lifted her head to show him how she was set, and stretched her arms out and laid her palms flat to the floor to reveal how the finalized position was supposed to look. "You... should feel it all through your arms, back, and chest. Just breathe, and you'll get it." Konnie spoke up, as she slowly stood from her spot to see if he had done it correctly. She hummed as she circled him, and leaned over to settle him in properly.

"I can't stress enough, like, how important it is to breathe and relax... Otherwise, the whole point of this is defeated." She'd remind Myles, and centered her hands behind his neck and upper shoulders. Despite them feeling small, they were exploratory, and massaged into the large man's muscles with a disguised curiosity, that bordered on sensual professionalism. Of course, she was just giving him assistance in his posing, but the feeling of his solid body in her palms was something else. It wasn't everyday someone like him came in to study the art of meditative yoga, let alone someone that didn't want weed also. She wouldn't hold it against him, however, since basketball must have been stressful enough on its own to have him come to her from the jump.

"Yeah, that's it... Just like this, and hold it for a few moments to complete the pose. Next, we're going into the salutation series. It's a bit complex, but you should be able to get it done." Konnie spoke up, and made her way back to the front of the room, before she stood "tall" and straight for him. She had worked through the poses, art, and meditation for so long, it was as simple as existing. Her mind's eye was open to all things, though teaching a black man to be fruitful in as short as a day was a challenge she didn't shy away from.

Konnie spoke so loosely, and yet she spoke with a knowledge and openness that far exceeded anything Myles could comprehend. So he simply took things one step at a time. “Breathe and relax...” He repeated her words, trying to loosen himself of the tension his body and mind held.

Her hands on his stiff, hardened body did help him relax as he began to free his mind, holding the pose she helped him get into but not actually focusing on it. His body reacted in the most natural way to her hands, his cock still thickening between his legs.

Once they were done with the child’s pose she began to explain the salutation series. As they both stood he dwarfed her, but looked down to observe her poses as he tried to manage the same. “Breath, relax...” He repeated again as he tried his best to keep up while not stressing.

It was only a matter of figuring out the proper balance of what was supposed to be going on. She took in a deep breathe, and slowly raised her arms in a wide arc to reach up above her head, and clasped her hands together. She instructed him on the way up, and down, before she opened her eyes to see where he was. "Alright. So, the next series is a bit complicated, like I said... so, just try to follow as best you can, and we'll go from there." She exhaled, and waved her hands to get his attention. The focus of her movements were deliberate, as she bent over to place them flat onto the floor. A brief hum escaped as she wriggled about to stretch her legs, and climbed towards Myles to end in a downward dog. "Step two..." She breathed, and chuckled a little as the mind high was starting to get her at its full effect. It was then she reversed her motion, and eventually stood back up. "One, to two... let's go." She smiled, and watched him attempt the same.

The high was crisp for him, being calmer than he had been in ages as he watched his instructor start the next pose, leaning down as she bent towards him to touch her toes before getting into a downward dog position and crawling towards him. He couldn’t help but be brought back to a time or two when he’d had a few strippers doing that exact move before coming to fish his cock out. He shook his head to bring him back to reality, trying to follow the motions but not quite achieving the right form on the downward dog.

She could see he was struggling to move into position, which gave Konnie a sense of chilled progression. The focus was tainted, but everything about helping Myles was well within her expertise. She waited for him to get leverage, until she met her body with his to allow his arms to straighten out. "Alright, so what you're gonna want to do, is center your weight forward." She spoke up, as the front-side of her body met his shoulders and back. The triangular pose she was helping Myles complete, was nothing more of the simple help she could grant him. She rolled about against him to get his body in the proper form, before she took a few steps back to get reset. Konnie crouched down beside him to get a good vantage of what he needed to do, before she got next to him and did the same.

"Okay, step two, to three... We're gonna shift the weight of our center, into our arms first, then balance it back into our chest as she dip, and roll. Step three, lay down flat, and raise up with the trunk of your chest, like so..." Konnie instructed the next section of the pose set. She stayed still for a moment, before reverting back to downward dog. She repeated the motion several times, breathing deep and full after each shift. "In... and out. In, then out." The dread-headed woman repeated slowly, before settling into the laying pose once she was done.

Myles welcomed Konnie’s help, accepting her guidance as she helped him shift his poses and the center of his weight. He felt it during each hold as he took long breaths before putting out exhales just as long, trying to keep his mind loose as he tried not to focus on the gorgeous woman in front of him.

“In and out, in and out.” He repeated, her words making him think of something other than breaths. No, he wanted to be going in and out of her. “Hey Konnie, do you think we could take a little break in a minute?”

"Sure, man... just need to finish the series." Konnie responded to Myles's question, and exhaled through the motions. Her body rolled slightly to the sound of the music that surrounded them, and gently labelled the thoughts of her mind with words that slipped. "So.. Like, the final pose of this series, is basically a stretch in itself, yeah." She spoke up, as she laid her lower body flat against the floor, and raised her chest high with her hands against the mat of hers. "And... release." Konnie smiled, before she felt the wave of energy roll through from her head to her toes.

After a minute of silence, she inhaled deep, and hopped to her feet. "Alright, that's it for the warm ups, Myles. Cool thing about this kind of exercise, isn't just about the flexibility... but also the core strength you basketball dudes will need. Balance, embrace, and all that." Konnie chuckled, as she shook off the hour they had dedicated to the session. Nothing seemed too off kilter about Myles for now, as she helped him to his feet, and walked back over to the entertainment center. She grabbed for her instrument of influence, and prepared another bowl full to light up. A toking breath and smoke filled egress sent Konnie into a state of normalized bliss. She'd offer it to Myles once was done, and flashed a smile up to the towering man.
