Ed tightened his grip on her "nope you are taking a nap with me love we both need it besides I want you next to me"

Jacob looked at her and waited as she was a keeper of time he wasn't going to risk pissing her off
 
"Ouch.... Too tight....." Azraella whimpered when he tightened his grip, just a bit harder than he had probably intended, but that she could forgive. It really wasn't difficult for a supernatural to accidentally injure a human whatsoever.

"Don't stop...." Kitiara spoke after a moment in time.
 
"sorry I just don't want you to go" Ed loosened his grip since he didn't want to hurt her and then pulled her close to him before he let the fever induced sleep pull him back under.

Jacob nodded his head and then went back to kissing her while slowly his hands moved over her body till he found the hem of her dress and then his hands slid up her legs gently
 
Azraella just looked towards him for a moment in time before she was giving in, just curling into him so that they could get some sleep.

Kitiara was tensing up slightly when she felt his hand on her legs, but she relaxed pretty quickly.
 
Ed settled in to a restful sleep as he could still sense her next to him.

while he worked on moving his hands Jacob also watched her for any and all signs that she may be uncomfortable

before she could move on from where she was standing a couple of Maids rushed but and she ended up getting shoved right in to Atticus and had to grab on to him to keep from falling to the ground. once she realized how close she was Tayla's face became beet red and she quickly moved back and bit and babbled and apology to him
 
Atticus hadn't really been watching where he was going, at least not until somebody was bumping into him, which definitely broke his train of thought, and he was taking a stumbling step backwards. "Oh hello Tayla…" he spoke with a slight blink, obviously a bit confused as to what had even happened. The maids seemed to be giggling a bit and almost had this look like they had done it on purpose. Oh wait... he recognized those maids. The didn't even work for him, they worked for his sister. "Seras…." he mumbled.

Kitiara was a bit uncomfortable although it was more because she was unsure of what was going to happen, but other than that she was pretty calm.
 
"sorry I'll get out of your way" Tayla had heard him mutter his sisters name but she hadn't seen the maids face and she was too busy trying to hide her face as she didn't want him seeing how bright red she was.

Jacob shifted them so that she was more or less sitting on his lap while he moved to remove her dress. she would still be able to stop him if she wanted to
 
"Remember..... no quick movements. I see your aura but it doesn't always tell me the movements of a person." Kitiara spoke as she was just wrapping her arms around him, and leaning into his chest. No she was more just assuring herself that that is what was going on, and hiding behind her hair a bit.

Atticus was just looking towards her before he was speaking, "No it is alright."
 
"I know that is why I am going slow that and if you want to stop we can" Jacob wouldn't push her further then she wanted to go ever.

Tayla seemed almost like she was scared of getting hit but it had more to do with she was trying to hide since she didn't want him feeling like he had to stay with her
 
Kitiara was shaking her head before she spoke, "It is fine.... just give me warning next time." With that she was giving him a soft kiss on the lips.
 
A few months had gone past since everything had happened, and things had been rather calm and quiet. One night Tayla and Atticus had just kind of vanished on everybody, without much of a word. Well Atticus had let Seras know what was going to happen, otherwise knowing her she would have sent out a search party to find them. At least with her and Azazel knowing, they wouldn't necessarily come out to find the pair of them. The pair had actually sat down and talked one night, and realized that they did have a connection, and wanted to explore it some more. But they didn't want prying eyes, so they had ended up leaving to explore it in private. Needless to say in the last few months, their bonds had most definitely deepened, to the point that they had officially started dating, not that anybody knew that. But it was coming up on the time when they had promised Seras and Azazel that they would be returning home.

Azraella was currently laying in the infirmary just waiting for the doctor to get there, Ed at her side. She had ended up having another fainting spell, which had been occurring more recently. At least the first few had been when she had been in a safe area; sitting on the bed, just standing in the bedroom. No this one had occurred as she was helping in the kitchen, and had been carrying a number of items. She definitely wasn't surprised at all to see Seras come into the room, but even after her and Azazel had officially gotten married, and she had officially been named queen, she was still acting as a doctor. But that is where her talents lie best. "So what seems to be the problem?" Seras questioned as she looked at the pair. Azraella had been brought in there by some of the other staff, since Ed had been out training at the time. "Fainting spell again. Had been helping in the kitchen. They are getting more frequent I feel." Azraella was mumbling and Seras was giving a nod.
 
"they are love you passed out this morning as well thankfully you we sitting in the bed" Ed was really worried about his mate seeing her getting sicker and sicker had him on edge and it was all because of this fainting spell issue. Ed wanted to make sure that she was safe and secure but most of all he wanted her healthy and right now she wasn't. if it had only been once he would have left it alone but it was becoming more and more frequent and he was even getting worried.
 
Seras was just looking at the pair of them before she spoke, "Well now we are in a safe area so even if it does happen again." With that she was just asking Azraella a few questions. The first one being when she actually ate last, thinking perhaps that is what was causing the issue. If she hadn't eaten a filling meal recently, that could be the result of the fainting spells. She wasn't worried about the air in the demon realm getting to her at all, not since she had on the bracelet that Ross had made. That protected her. A few other questions and then eventually she was questioning when the last time she had had her period was. This actually had Azraella sitting up for a moment in time, a thoughtful look on her features. "I don't actually remember.... there has been so much going on lately. That everything just kind of blended together, and it just kind of became a part of routine if I did have it." Azraella admitted. Okay Seras understood that well enough, which had her questioning when the last time the pair of them had slept together was. The night prior, that didn't shock her much. Seras was walking closer and putting a gentle hand on the female's forehead and then the other right below her sternum after getting her to lay down. "Just breath. You know this doesn't hurt. Just looking."
 
Ed would have flipped if it had been anyone other then Seras touching his mate that way and he figured that the staff knew that so they may have asked her to come and look over Rea for him. Ed smiled down at his mate but made no move to touch her more then holding her hand since he didn't want to disturb Seras while she did her work.
 
After a little bit, Seras was drawing her hands away and just studying the young woman for a moment in time. Well there was nothing wrong internally, and she wasn't sick. But Seras had discovered the problem at hand, and yes it was slightly a problem. "Well the news is good and bad. First off nothing is wrong internally, and you aren't getting sick. But you are pregnant. This is a wonderful thing but a risky thing all at once, just given the race difference. You two can decide if you want to keep the child, and I will do everything I can when things get difficult to protect mother and child, or you two can terminate." Seras spoke after a moment in time, although she was looking more at Ed when she spoke, knowing that he would understand the risks.
 
Ed dropped his head and then rubbed it "we will have to talk about this I never thought it would be possible so for now we will have to wait till I can cover everything" Ed then looked at his mate and smiled at her but it was a sad smile like he was going to lose her and it hurt to think he would lose his mate
 
Seras was giving a nod of her head before she spoke, "No worries. Think it over. Either way I am here to help however I can. Don't be hesitant to come to be for anything." With that she was giving the pair of them a hug and left so that they could talk things over, already stating that she was wanting Azraella to stay for the night, so that she could do her own observations. "Why do you have a sad smile? What is going on?" Azraella questioned, obviously confused. She figured that anybody would be happy to find out that they were having a baby. But he didn't seem happy about it, which had a small heartache forming. She was happy about it, because it was with the man she loved, but now.... maybe that is why he wasn't happy. Maybe it wasn't her that he wanted to have one with. Oh evil thoughts coming to mind, which she was shaking away.
 
"love you know I adore you but you need to decide between keeping the baby or losing your life while I know Seras is strong and with some help we could prevent your death but there is no guarantee that even after all of that, that you would survive" Ed looked at her and then shifted so he was facing her "when a human and a demon have a child that baby is known as a halfbreed but because of their powers their human mothers bodies are drastically weakened and they are unable to survive the birth"
 
Azraella just listened to what he had to say but she was just shaking her head a bit before she spoke, "I can't made that decision. I can't have an innocent child condemned to death. I just can't. Even if it is to safe my own life." No she wasn't against abortion in the slightest, when it came to anybody else. But she herself, she would never take that option, if she could avoid it. She could get pregnant with a rapist's child and she would probably keep it, just because it wasn't the child's fault. "I'm sorry but..... I can't....." Azraella whispered and was shaking her head again. Seras was standing nearby just listening to the conversation at hand although she definitely knew how Azraella was feeling. Most mothers were like that. This had Seras leaving the room and going to Azazel once again, knowing that she would be called when the pair needed her. She was more or less collapsing into her husband's arms, definitely lost in thought, and trying to think of a way to help them.
 
Azazel wrapped his arms around her and held her close "what is wrong love you seem up set" Azazel had just come from seeing their daughter so he was worried something had upset her and that he had been the one to do it.

Ed pulled her in to his arms and just held her close already he was dreading what was coming in nine months time and he knew it meant losing his mate.
 
"Azraella and Ed are expecting but.... we already know human mothers rarely survive the birth. I just.... want to help them, and allow them to have that family. But even with all my powers.... I may not be able to safe them." Seras spoke in an almost defeated voice, and was just closing her eyes in a defeated manner. No there had to be a way! She couldn't give up! She was a doctor! The only time she could give up was after she had tried every option. "Turning her into a demon isn't an option. That would kill her at this point as well." she mused to herself, a frown decorating her lips.

Azraella just looked at him before she spoke in a soft voice, "I'm sorry I can't make that kind of decision." There were tears falling down her cheeks, as she felt like he was mad at her at that point in time.
 
"ask Tayla she sent a letter saying her and Atticus found a book of Sirens songs maybe she had something that can help they should be home in a couple days" Azazel then tilted her head up and kissed her lightly

"I know love I can't make it either I don't want to lose either of you" Ed moved and picked her up and then settled her in his lap so that he could give her more comfort
 
Seras just shook her head then spoke, "A song isn't going to help, not even magic will be able to help. All of that has been tried in the past on other half-breed pregnancies. I can use magic to stabilize the mother, we can use a song to do that, but anything else and the child will see it as hostile." She was just looking up at the ceiling for a moment in time just giving a faint frown, and shaking her head a bit. No she would think of something, eventually. All she knew was at that point in time she was actually tired. She had been busy the last number of hours in the infirmary. A fight had broken out and she had been tending to the injured.

Azraella just curled into him and was closing her eyes, just staying close to him at that point in time.
 
"just ask you never know apparently the book is old very old" Azazel looked at his wife and touched her face. Azazel the walked with her so they could contact the two and see if Tayla could show them the book
