(Pathfinder Battle Harem: Thirteen Keys) Ch. 1: Beating Hearts, Mystic Dreams, Stone Men

"Keep your hands off the pretty girl!" Nicole let out hearing the girls screaming over the wall, as two green bolts of energy flew towards the rising demonic figure.

[Casting magic missile, and moving forward.

Before Martin could even think of answering Nicole she was running past him, her nightgown fluttering around bare legs and sending another brief flash of arousal through him. He'd always known she was attractive but something in the last few days had him thinking about his fellow student more and more lately. Especially since the dreams began.

But none of that mattered next to the sudden appearance of a gargoyle rising above the wall, screams coming from down the street. There was no time to work out what was going on, only time to act. "We have to help them," he said just before Iseldra felt his hand planted upon her back. He spoke odd words, and her muscles pulsed with newfound power.

Bull's Strength cast on Iseldra (+4 to Strength)

Nissa let out a yelp when the gargoyles appear behind them and mostly when Trish was grab by the gargoyles.

Nissa use her power to empower her dagger and she tried to strike the beast.

D20+7 = 12+7 = 19 to hit, D4+2D6 = 2+6+4= 12 damage

D20+7= 16+7 = 23 to hit with second dagger, D4= 3 damage more.

The gargoyle flying over the wall grunted and shielded his face with his arm. Nicole's twin whizzing darts of blue magic pierced deep into it's forearm. He leered down at Niccole and snickered, "Feeble spe... Ah!"

His cry of pain came when a crossbow quarrel took him in the back of the leg, digging deep and drawing a good deal of blood!

* * *

On the toher side of the wall, the gargoyle holding the ebony elfmaid gave a pained roar. Enchanted crytal only slashed shalowly into his stony hide, but one of the blades was charged with phenic energy which flashed brightly as it scorched it's way into the monster's body!

Trish chose that moment to try give an cunning wriggle, trying to writhe out of the monster's arms, but only succeeded in pulling her top up and letting her left breast bounce jiggle free.

8. With rolls like that poor Trish shall surely be known as Hostage Bait in no time! :)

* * *

The injured gargoyle bellowed out in a strange dialect of the Terran languege, "Slaughter the mage and bring the elf. I'll take this girl to Amethyst."

The injured gargoyle dove into the garden. He landed a few steps from Sophia. Head and soulder down, he shoulder rushed into the arcanist and tossed her over his shoulder!

22 vs. your Combat Maneuver Defense to grab you. If you have a melee weapon handy you can make an attack of opportunity.

"Right," a fourth monster snickered as she dove over the wall at reckless speeds. He landed in front of Isseldra and Martin, claws flashing at the wizard's arm.

14 to hit Martin for a possible 8 damage.

Iseldra felt shamed to be caught so unaware by the ambush of gargoyles. Whether it was the unfamiliar surroundings or the strange feelings she was having towards this human, it seemed like she wasn't able to respond fast enough. But as another gargoyle jumped recklessly over the wall to attack the human mageling she found herself drawing her weapons and defending him as if he were the most important being in the world. She used her off hand Kukri to desperately try to parry the blow directed at the mage even as she lunged with her Scimitar at the throat of the beast.

12 to Parry (if allowed)
4 to Attack

From the roof above, Lea quickly shifted her target to the gargoyle attacking Martin, eager to protect the boy she was contracted to kill.

I'm not sure if Lea got to shoot again since she loads for free. Ignore this if not her turn yet. She rolls a 10 to hit.

Leah's second bolt hammered into the gargoyle in front of Martin as the elf girl smoothly slipped in front of the young mage to protect him from the now furious creature.

Iseldra's scimitar shone with hungry magic as she struck. The gargoyle's wrist blade knocked the scimitar high. The elf maid's kurki took the gargoyle in the throat. Without the enchantments on the other weapons, the razor sharp blade could only draw a shallow scratch along the side of the monster's neck, but the precise strike still managed to draw a little blood.

The first gargoyle smirked at Nissa then lunged, trying to grab her.

Nissa gets an attack of opertunity on Gargoyle 1. It rolls 13 against her combat manuver defense to grapple her.

The second gargoyle wrestled the ebony girl around 'til he had her arms pinned over her head, his fingers laced together behind her back.

Everyone but Iseldra.

Sorry forgot my Pup last round. He rolls a 9 to try and trip the gargoyle attacking confronting Iseldra

Lea's lips curled into a smile as she saw both bolts strike home, this was how she preferred to fight, from a distance. She had a small concern that the winged beasts would eventually figure out she was up here and it wouldn't take them long to reach her position, but for now she focused on loading and shooting. Sending two more bolts towards the gargoyle closest to Martin hoping the beast would fall before it could harm a hair on his head. Her mind didn't have time to puzzle over this odd change in her thoughts towards the apprentice mage.

Lea rolls a 4 and 17 to hit gargoyle.

Iseldra had felt the surge of strength from Martin's touch and while she knew enough to understand it was magic, she couldn't help but combine it with her unexplained desire for the young human. She felt the frustration of her main attack being deflected and it only increased as her well aimed strike at the throat did so little damage. She puzzled over the apparent missile strike but didn't have time to consider what it meant as she was fighting not just for her life, but for the human that she wanted more than anything. This day was beginning to be nothing like she had expected.

Martin cried out in surprise when the gargoyle suddenly landed before him, lashing out with her claws. He was too startled to react, the stone slicing through his chest as he fell back with a cry of pain. "What...why...?" Too much was happening; the elf was in front of him, there were crossbow bolts coming from nowhere, more screams from down the road and now Nicole was being grabbed by another gargoyle. A male gargoyle, as the one before him was female.

A chance, and as he stepped back just far enough to hopefully avoid the gargoyle's claws he lifted his hands, once more chanting before his eyes flashed with a dim green light. "She looks so good doesn't she?" he questioned, the words laden with magic sliding into the psyche of the gargoyle holding Nicole.

Taking a 5-ft step back to avoid attack of opportunity, than casting Unnatural Lust on the male gargoyle grappling Nicole. He makes DC 18 Will save or spend his entire next turn rushing towards the gargoyle attacking me (ideally releasing Nicole on the way) and "Kissing and caressing" her. No rules text as to whether she is hindered in any way, but...

Nissa was rather unhappy that those beast were still holding her friend captive. She didn't knew much about them as gargoyles are rather rare where she come from and she doesn't really knew how to fight them efficiently.

She saw that they were rather easy to hit but their stony skin where rather hard to pierce. She knew that she might have to use her power to manifest her metaphysical weapons but for now she continue to use her enchanted crystal dagger against the gargoyles holding Trish.

She strike the beast again:
1 attack : d20+8 = 16+8 = 24 to hit, d4+1 damage = 2+1=3 damage
2 attack : d20+8 = 19+8 = 27 to hit (15 to confirm critical), d4+1 damage = 3+1 / 4+1 (crit) = 4 not crit or 9 if crit.

The female gargoyle managed to keep the wolf back with a backhand towards the snout.

The monster' was listening for Lea's crossbow shots this time. When the stock first snapped, she twisted so that her body was facing Lea from one side. This caused the assassin’s first quarrel to skip off of her stony hide. The second—though it dug in deep and drew blood--missed the vital spot she'd been going for.

Gargoyle 3 takes 5 damage.

Nissa put a shallow gash on the arm of the gargoyle lunging for her. Then the serpent girl managed to evade the tackle before turning her rapid wrath once again on the gargoyle wrestling with N'Trish'Ta. The snake girl realized that the enchantments on her daggers were enough to let them dig into the monster's flesh with a solid slash, but she also realized that the monster was big and dense. If it wasn't for her ability to charge her little crystal blades with frenic energy, she'd be dealing little more than paper cuts!

Backed by those flashes of energy, though, the blades were digging deep wounds indeed. The mosnter staggered back with a deep wound in it's back and a shallow cut in it's shoulder. Trish whimpered and squirmed as she tried to ooch out of the headlock but the injured monster held firm. “Nissa!” the ebony girl wailed, “Nissa, he's got me! I can’t get free!”

Nichole was released by the gargoyle whod grabbed her. His eyes lit on the monster attacking Iseldra. The gargoyle threw hislef across the intevening distance to embrace the gargoyle girl, who gave a starteld squack before her ally hushed her with a kiss.

The gargoyle girl's eyes widened. She thrashed in the other monster's arms, beating on his back for a moment, before melting into him...

Tag Iseldra and the wolf, you're it!

For a moment Iseldra had planned to slay the female gargoyle attacking her, or more importantly, attacking Martin. But she stayed her hand as she recalled the young wizard was just behind her. She backed away from the gargoyles now sharing a most unexpected embrace. Spreading her arms slightly she was eager to push Martin back into the tower so she could bolt the door to protect him from this ambush. In some ways it seemed cowardly, but she could think of nothing more important than to protect this young human, of course the thought of being alone with him was high on her mind as well.

No combat other than to defend herself an Martin, trying to corral him back into the relative safety oft the tower.

Keeping the writhing ebony girl in a sturdy full nelson, the second gargoyle laughed cruely as she cried out hwo helpless she was. The gargoyle leaed into the air and spread his wings. They beat hard, pulling him up into the night sky.

The first gargoyle grabbed again for the serpentine girl, but she proved fully capable of writhing out of his way.

Nissa has only one attack of opertunity per round. She can take it against either the gargoyle carrying TRish into the air, or against the one trying to grab her.

From the tower, they could all three see a demonic brute carrying a screaming elf girl into the air. They were only 20 feet up so far, but that was enough to see them over the wall.

Everyone but Iseldra and her wolf in whatever order they can post.

Nicole for her part saw the creature that had copped a good feel and decided to treat it as it deserved to be treated

An explosion of glitter!

Casting Glitterdust on the gargoyle and it's improtu lover, will save DC 17 or be blinded.

Nissa hiss against the gargoyles that was now trying to get off with her only friend. she had to act quickly and she had to not expose herself to much to the other gargoyles that was trying to grab her.

She turn and expose her side to the gargoyles attacking her while she tried to disable to one trying to flee. She use her power for a split second to charge her dagger again.

She thrust her dagger at his body hoping that she will hurt him hard enough to make him release Trish.

attack of opportunity= D20+9 = 19+9 = treath 14+9 = hit
Damage= D4+d4+2D6+2= 2+4+6+4+2= 18 damage.

Nissa's radiant blade struck true, piercing the gargyle holding Trish throguh the side of the throat and across. He dropped the ebony girl and staggered back, pressing a bloody hand to his throat...

Then dropped dead.

Nissa's attack of opertunity killed this gargoyle before he could appear over the wall. Sorry about that, Ilven, looks like you need a diferent move. :)

Nissa, that was just your attack of opportunity, you still get your normal action.

Trish gasped as she fell into a crouch with a little yelp. She threw herself away from the other gargoyle in a shoulder roll. She came up drawing her scimitar and launched a ray of red hot flame at the first gargoyle. "Leave her alone!"

THe monster hissed as a line fo smoking flesh was drawn across it's back under the wings.

From her rooftop vantage point, Lea could see most of the activity, however she continued to focus on the same gargoyle. She fired two more bolts at the gargoyle she had already injured.

Lea rolls a 10 and a 5 I really need a better dice app!

Nissa was starting to fatigue using her power that much, it been a while since she used her psychic so much.

She look at the last gargoyles and hiss slightly "Leave or suffer our wrath".

she look at Trish that was now ready to fight and then again at the gargoyles reading herself to strike if he didn't leave.

((Not the way the item works rules as written, but the idea is too hilarious to not try))

"Dammit, dammit," Martin muttered under his breath as he scanned the room he was in, his eyes finally ending upon the small bowl left beside the door. His master had specific ideas about what to do with unwelcome visitors, and with a quick lunge he seized the tanglefoot bag waiting within before hurling it towards the entangled gargoyles before them, hopefully gluing the both of them together and in place.

Using the tanglefoot bag from my inventory and throwing it at the gargoyles. 21 against touch. RAW, hit gargoyle is entangled and must make DC 15 reflex or be glued to the floor (or each other?))

Outside the fence, the midly injured gargoyle kept his gaurd up. He looked from girl to girl, snarling a little, then down at his defeated teamate...

"Fine!" The gargoyle leaped into the air and moved to wing away over the city.

The amorous gargoyle gave a grunt of pain as a crossbow quarell slammed into his rump, but he was too lost in lust to imediatly respond. His lips were locked with the stone girl's, growling in lust...

Quick drying goop enfolded the two, gluing them together.

The gargoyle gasped and jerked back, snarling, "What the hell?" as he and the girl began squriming and flailing to get loose, which rubbed their chests together with delicious friction...

Nichole and Iseldra in whatever order you can post.

Martin's action to bind the two gargoyles together made it clear he intended to fight and broke Isledra at least momentarily from her infatuation with protecting him above all else. She felt an unusual blush of shame across her pale face. If Martin intended to fight it was her duty to help him. As the amorous spell broke and the male cursed, she took advantage of the situation to attack the still otherwise occupied male gargoyle. She noted the impact of the bolt from above and decided to try to bring the male down. She struck first with her Scimitar then attempted a second strike with her Kukri.

Attack of opportunity with +1 scimitar Rolls 16
Second attack with Kukri rolls a 15
Wolf attacks female gargoyle from behind rolls a 6

"Second verse same as the first!" Nicole cried out as two green bolts were hurled from her palm streaking towards the amrous gargoyle.

Casting magic missile again.
