Thread Deletion Question

Hello, I'm hoping someone from staff can answer a question for me.

If an rp has died, and the two writers in the thread are no longer partners, can one of the writers ask to have the entire thread deleted without discussing it with the person who used to be their partner? I recently had stopped using this site for a while but have just returned today, and see that one of my old rp's that died out, is missing from my posts.

I don't remember asking to have it deleted, and have no idea if my old partner did. But if they did, they never discussed it with me. So anyway, what's the rule with this kind of thing? I ask because every now and then I like to browse my old posts/threads for inspiration, and was disappointed to find that one of my taboo threads/posts are missing.

Generally we require all parties to consent, which is why we removed the right to delete threads from non-staff members, as this was becoming an issue.

You asked for a thread deletion on 4/4/2017. I don't know if that is the thread in question or not.
