They sat at the table and relaxed, drinking a bit as they waited for the food.

It would be a while, but Astra had the whole dining area filled with each and every guild member before she pushed out a huge wheeled table of food; a whole pig, some ox, a marlin, two whole turkeys as well as copious amounts of fruit and vegetables. "Before you all dive for the table!" Astra stated loudly, blocking the food from the others with her body, "I want to make a toast. Though I hear he only joined barely a fortnight ago, he has already proven himself not only to Lunette as a valuable battle brother, but to Khari. As we all well know, dragons have not faired well here...but Adai has far more than proven himself." "Here, here!" The guild hall cheered.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

Adai smiled and raised his glass a little bit. He had never been one for the limelight like this, but the gesture was very nice. He didn't feel like a hostage anymore. This was nice.

"Ok...now you can eat.." Astra said as she moved away and everyone scrabbled to grab what looked good. Lunette shook her head with a smile, "What louts..."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"Ah, let them have their fun.." he smiled as he got to grab at some food for himself, clearing some room so she could grab some as well.

She piled up her plate with plenty of turkey and ox, grabbing a pear and a roasted yam.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

He grabbed solely meat, and a hefty tankard of mead.

"So...what do mates do exactly...?" She asked, "I mean...I already have a nest...but we can't really have...offspring...I mean, we could but they would probably...die...um..." This was awkward. Why did she make it awkward?

 

[Mr.Aznable]

He made a noise. "Well, we mate regardless of whether we can have young or not.." he said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"I know, I just...I've avoided courtship for so long that I don't know what to do.." She said.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"Ah, I see.. well, we make your nest bigger then, I suppose.."

 

[PoisonousIvee]

She nodded, "And then you move into my room...?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"Aye, that would be the logical next step.. we share a nest.. I would have to scent the nest.." he said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Logically.." She said with a small smile

 

[Mr.Aznable]

He leaned in close and purred softly. "Maybe scent you too, while I'm at it..~"

She blushed and smiled more, "I don't think I would mind that so much~"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"I would hope not..~" he rumbled as he drank his mead.

She giggled and continued to eat, enjoying the chatter that filled the hall.

He smiled and continued drinking, loving the atmosphere.

She eventually finished all her food and mead and stretched, groaning softly.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

He chuckled and swayed slightly, the room spinning a little bit.

"Drunk already~?" She teased.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

He stared at the small pile of empty tankards before looking back to her. "Nooooo, I'm not."

 

[PoisonousIvee]

She laughed softly and stood, helping him back to their now shared room, "Come on, big guy.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

He chucklled and swayed as he stood, moving towards their room.
