Checking door to door, Lucas found the governor and walked over and ate his head. Lucas collapsed and trembled and changed into his features. The national guard and police are gaining more ground, but they are meeting more of the convicts and ninjas which make the encounters more deadly.

"Officers down... Another group of soldiers here taken out." An old trooper reported on the radio. He approached moaning sounds and saw several troopers with their pants down and batons up their asses. "Backup! Where's backup!"

They exited the building and saw 2 old troopers standing outside and moved behind the troopers and dragged them into the building. Although the deaths was mounting up, number of convicts and ninjas were greatly reduced. There was a slow progress but many of the buildings were cleared. Several police stations were taken back and the cops freed. The police station were then used as base to secure the area and the security line was tight.

There were no more civilians and the gangs and organized crime were destroyed. All the drug labs and other illegal areas were cleared.

A small group of convicts who were well trained in combat managed to wait and the police line past them. They were on the other side and although security was tight, they were no longer constantly pressured and shot on sight.

"NYPD again.." One of the convicts said and they waited as a patrol of 4 cops entered an alley as a cop spotted something. "Hello? Anyone there?" A cop shouted and from behind the cops, the men emerged and grabbed the cops. The cops were subdued and dragged into the building.

The cops were stripped and the convicts drained their blood. "5 days without food..." One of the convicts said. "Need more." They changed into the police uniforms and searched around. "The police station is working again."

They entered the police station and walked into the security room. Moving behind 2 old cops, the cops were grabbed and gagged. Poison gas was used to flush the remaining convicts and within 2 hours, a few building were cleared and 2 teams of convicts were arrested.
 
The convicts saw a road block and a convict phased into a police car and looped a wire around a cop and strangled him.

A hand covered an old cop's mouth as he saw a large man choked the other cop beside him. "Who is in charge?" The man asked. "The sergeant is not here..." The cop said and his neck was grabbed and he was choked.

The other cops saw the man in police uniforms approaching and said. "Quiet night eh?" 2 cops were punched in the throat and they were choked and the assault was quick and all the cops subdued. They were dragged into their police cars and driven away. "Roadblocks are useless." A convict said.

The cops were brought into an alley and raped, they were left alive and the convicts left.

A few convicts were shocked as police bashed down their doors and came in. The armored cops clubbed them and arrested them. At the stairwell a man in a suit and badge approached 2 cops and he suddenly punched 2 cops in the throat. The cops choked and he punched the guts of 2 cops and grabbed their heads. The cops flailed as the man choked them and the cops went limp. He placed the head of a choking cop in his thighs and grabbed the other cop. "So soft..." 2 ninjas in the carpark looped wires around the necks of 2 motorcycle cops and strangled them silently. The ninjas did not realize how many cops were present and they managed to move and kill off all the cops but were badly injured, only to attract more cops and within 10 minutes, the ninjas were killed. There were several convicts that were killed by the cross fire and the remaining cops looked around and after all that, 10 cops entered and fired at them even though the convicts were not armed, they started executing the convicts. The convicts phased behind the cops and strangled them.

"Backup!" An old cop shouted. "Send backup! Officers down!" The old cop fired and saw the remaining convicts taking out the cops one by one. A ninja grabbed the old cop and disarmed him. The old cop was cuffed and the ninja broke several ribs with a punch and sniffed the old cop's neck. "Your backup is dead." The ninja said and saw the 2 remaining convicts phased behind the 2 remaining cops and with a few fists, grabbed the cops and bit into their necks.

The old cop was jerked off and the ninja bit into his neck. The ninja checked on several convicts "All dead." The ninja said. "Executed."

4 cops entered the area and the rear cops were strangled and the ninja disarmed a cop and pulled him close. "My... you smell good..." The ninja said and removed his helmet and saw a balding old cop. The remaining cop turned and ran but the ninjas phased in front of him and kicked his gut. "Nighty night..."

The ninja grabbed a subdued old cop in armor and walked him to the police van. The convicts saw several cops on the ground and checked on an old motorcycle cop. "Still alive.." A lady said and they dragged the few surviving cops and left.

The few convicts survived, the soldiers have done their part and Manhattan was cleared. Only a handful killers survived, but these few were the best of the best.

The lady phased behind a cop and slit his throat and grabbed the remaining sergeant and disarmed him. The old cop saw the ESU officer walking over and grabbing the sergeant and the sergeant was fucked and screamed. Blue and red lights can be seen and the lady hid some of the bodies and waited. 2 motorcycle cops arrived and the lady grabbed a cop and kissed him. The old cop ran over and shouted. "Ambush! Call for backup! Run!" The other motorcycle cop sped away. The lady rammed a few fists into the cop in her arms and dropped him. The old cop was grabbed and shoved to the wall. "Wow, missed one." About 30 minutes later, about 20 police cars arrived and the cops spread out and searched. The ESU officers were dead and more than 10 cops were subdued, cuffed with their pants down. The police were fast to react. When the road block was attacked, units were deployed and within minutes, the cops arrived at central park. The sergeant moved away and saw the ESU officer fucking a bald cop with thick glasses. There were many limp cops beside him. The sergeant sneaked over and fired at the ESU officer and his first shot hit the officer in the neck. He rushed over and shot him in the face several times. He checked on the officers, they were unconscious and the bald cop was in pain. "Wow, you killed him." A voice said and the sergeant saw the lady and she was suddenly behind him. He was grabbed and disarmed.
 
A convict saw 2 police cars and exited the fire escape with a female convict. "Oh goody.. a piggy." The female convict said and grabbed a short cop and kissed him. The convicts escaped but the police was getting closer. Good investigations coupled with technology allows the cops to find the convicts faster.

Bel quickly climbed on the ceiling and saw 2 armored cops searched the room. They looked around and searched the apartment thoroughly. "Fuck, she got away." The armored cops left and 2 cops were left behind to guard the apartment.

Bel turned visible again as she had burned up all the blood in her to be on the ceiling and invisible. The first cop was chopped in the neck and he went limp. A team of ninjas entered the FBI building with passes and suits. They entered the security room and the guards inside were shot with poisoned darts and went limp. The ninjas coordinated and hunted the other security guards one by one and murdered all of them.

The ninjas then moved towards some agents and used them to delete the files. The ninjas managed to destroy several backups and the coordinated efforts removed a lot of information on them.
 
The numbers of murders was still high even though the organized crime was pretty much eliminated. The cops were unable to track down and arrest the remaining convicts and killers.

2 ladies entered the building and walked to the front desk after the metal detector machines. 2 more large men entered and as their bags were being scanned, the power went out. "What the..." The men reached into their bags and drew swords and skewered the guards around them.

The ladies leaped over the desk and grabbed the guards behind and snapped their necks. They were swift and deadly and the guards did not have a chance to draw their guns. A remaining short old guard was grabbed and with a punch in his back, the guard followed whatever instructions given to him.

The group entered the rooms and massacred everyone.

The ninjas reached the room and quickly carried Lucas who is twitching on the ground away. The ninjas exited the building and the cops outside shot at them. The ninjas phased behind the cops and started stabbing them and the cops returned fire but were flanked on both sides. One of the ninjas was shot in the head with a shotgun and collapsed and the cop saw the other ninjas massacre the cops. He aimed at a ninja decapitating a cop and another ninja rushed towards him with inhuman speeds and stabbed him through the door. The shotgun fired, blowing the ninja back 10 feet, but the ninja staggered up and bit into the cop. One ninja was killed but they cleared the police outside and quickly got into a car and drove off.

"Road block." A ninja said and could see 10 cops at the road block. 2 ninjas phased into the police car and stabbed their dagger into the throats of the cops sitting in the cars.

"Fat old emergency cops..." A ninja said and moved behind an armored cop and pulled his rifle strap and strangled him. The cops were shocked as the ninjas descended on them, but there were too many ninjas and the cops were overwhelmed. The cops were subdued easily and the group left.

The ninjas drove on and waited till Lucas was up again. He was dropped off and had a change of clothes and went into a drug den and stared at 2 men a the door. "Bring me inside and take me as a hostage." Lucas dialed a FBI hotline and left the phone connected in his pocket.

Within minutes, the police swarmed the area. Armored cops charged in and the thugs had no chance. These cops seemed to be better trained and showed no mercy as they shot the heads of all the thugs without giving them any chance of retaliation. Lucas in the FBI commander look was helped and brought to the hospital for his bruises and cuts.
 
The lady was a serial killer. After meeting Bel and Jill, she decided that she was really into police officers and left. Bel and Jill went home but the lady continued her hunt. A police detective was doing some research on his desk when he suddenly saw a dazed old cop approaching. "Hi Greg." The detective said and the cop collapsed on the ground and a lady was behind him. The detective reached for his gun and the lady disarmed him and covered his mouth. The lady broke his arm and forced the detective to the ground.

"Geez, what's going on!" A cop entered as he heard moans and saw the old cop on the ground and a dagger stabbed into his throat and he fell outside the room twitching on the ground.

"Fuck." The lady said and snapped the detective's neck and placed a thumbdrive on his computer to erase files and copy some files.

Moments later, an alarm sounded and she could hear more footsteps and she turned off the lights. A few cops entered and an old cop heard muffled moans. He approached and saw 2 limp cops on the ground and a hand covered his mouth and he was choked silently. "Smells so good, I'm going to keep you for later." The old cop flailed silently and went limp.

A fat cop walked over to the light switch and the lady moved behind him and stabbed a dagger into his spine and dragged him away. "Hey, where did everybody go?" A short sergeant shouted and a wire looped around his neck and he kicked helplessly in the air.

The lady took the thumbdrive and walked towards the lifts and there were several cops rushing towards the room and the lady walked into the stairwell. She saw 2 plump cops and she grabbed their tazers as they fumbled for their guns and shoved it into their necks. The cop was shocked till they went limp.

[Backup, Backup! Station under attack!]

The lady heard the radio on 2 motorcycle cops in the basement and moved behind them. She grabbed a plump cop and choked him and his boots kicked as he could not breathe. "Rob?" The other cop approached and the lady grabbed him and kissed him. The cop was punched in the gut and choked silently.

The lady saw a police car arrived and she moved behind a cop exiting and clubbed his head and he went limp. "Free car.." She said and waited as the driver was exiting and she grabbed his throat with both hands and lifted him off the ground. The lady said and grabbed the motorcycle cops and tossed them into the car and drove off.

She raped the cops and drank their blood. By the time the other cops realized that the police car was missing, she left the area.

Over the city, 7 more FBI agents were murdered and information retrieved.

The man grabbed a knife from a cop's belt and rushed towards the cell guard room and he stabbed a guard in the throat and grabbed the other older guard. The guard was punched in the back and choked. "Unlock all the cells." The guard unlocked the cells and was choked unconscious. The man rushed to the storage area and saw 2 cops and grabbed their necks and choked them. He saw an old cop bagging his knives and poisons and he grabbed his rag with chloroform and covered the cop's mouth. "I'll be using that."

He saw an old man in a suit approached and phased behind him and punched his back. The old man gave muffled moans and the man bit into his throat. The man was still confused on how an old cop could take him out but did not stay. He went to the basement and choked a few more cops silently before phasing into a rear seat of a cop and placing a dagger to his throat. "Drive me out of here."

The man drove into an alley and saw a few thugs and stared at them and said. "Kill that cop." He continued to hypnotize the thugs and the cop was easily murdered. He gave instructions and setup an ambush for the cops and left.

When coordinated, the thugs were pretty good and the first 2 cops were strangled and hidden and the motorcycle cops were disarmed and beaten down by baseball bats. Before the main bulk of cops arrived, the thugs realized what they did and collected the police badges and left.
 
A female mercenary who escaped the prison and was given new powers by the ninjas was on a vengeance rampage. She killed 2 detectives and 10 FBI agents so far and is now hunting down the judge and the officers who were on her arrest warrant.

She spotted her target, a 55 year old patrolman in a diner having dinner and waited for him in his patrol car. As the cop walked to his patrol car, she knocked him out with a punch and dragged him away to seek vengeance. She was unfortunately caught on tape and the FBI started a full manhunt to track her.

Lucas was notified about this and had no choice but to authorize the hunt. She was a powerful ally, but her carelessness caused her to be hunted and Lucas could not blow his own cover.
