It wasn't long before a little brown rabbit came hopping around the corner of the house accompanied closely behind by a fairly smaller rabbit. Dylan immediately took aim and followed the rabbit as it moved across the lawn towards what could possibly it's next meal. The rabbit stopped for a second and looked around, all around the yard but it wasn't able to see anything so it stood still. Less then a second later a loud bang filled the air and a bullet was sent out towards the defenseless little animal, the bullet made contact and the rabbit fell dead in it's tracks. The other instinctively hopped off away from the scene of the killing and left his buddy behind to become Dylan's next meal. The man stood up slowly and moved over to collect his lunch, it was a fairly big rabbit with quite a bit of meat on it's bones. Well, it only took him a few minutes and he'd already caught himself some lunch.
It wasn't long before he was making his way back into the house, he'd expected to be outside for at least an hour before even seeing any animals at all. But today he was just lucky, and so he kicked open the door with his foot and leaned his rifle up against the wall. "Hunny, I brought you something." he called out as he made his way towards Lucy who of course was still chained up. "Now, are you ready to earn your meal?" he asked her after seeing her, just to make sure she hadn't escaped while he was off. He walked outside of the house just beside the porch and continued to peel the skin off of the dead animal, then he hung it upside down, cutting it to let the blood drain out while he went inside to help Lucy earn her meal.
