Hey there out there, Wolf_and_Bird here. Wolf works just fine though. (PM me for Discord details!)

I'm looking for someone lit to lit advanced who'll post with some regularity (I understand not being able to post every day, I work a lot so *I* can't promise a post every day, but I get in at least one (and often more) response most days. Something along those lines would be preferred). While I am interested in plot I am welcoming for as much smut as we want to fit into it.

Plot/Pairings and All That Stuff

What I am looking for is rps revolving around two (or more, I love multiple characters) people trying to survive a low power/hostile/or oppressive situation. This. is something easier explained through examples; Escorts with a less than benevolent madam trying to find love, slaves trying to dodge trouble and plan their great escape, magic users under the control of a shadowy agency trying to survive missions, members of a oppressed group trying to literally just survive, ect.

Basically I want an rp about our characters trying to make a life for themselves (and possibly save the world) in a situation where the odds are against them and they're in a power-negative role. That said I am totally okay with (and would even like) if there is some aspect of dominance/submission between the two of them, so long as my character isn't stuck in a dominant position. I like to mess with power dynamics, like having my character be more experienced and starting out protective of a newer character despite being the more submissive of the two, but if you describe your character as submissive they're probably not what I'm looking for.

The "survival" can be as much about preserving a sense of self and emotional well being as actually staying alive.

Below are some possible actual Ideas:
(Note that many of these are more premises to build stories on than actual narratives. We'd hopefully develop something after picking a premise)

Currently Craving: The Arrow and The Quiver

The Arrow and the Quiver:

They come in pairs, always in pairs, in time all those who work security (or work against security) for the rich and powerful learn to be wary of any new faces that appear in pairs. Those who have seen the training house and spoken with them say they are known to each other and those they serve as Arrows and Quivers. The rumors as to their training and origins and the secretive nature of those who sell their services what is known to even those who purchase them is this:

Arrows will protect their master, will be unstoppable death once set on course or bring swift end at close range if the need is dire and the enemy sneak close. They are forces undeniable both in physical ability and training to spot threats and ensure their master's safety.

Quivers will serve as shelter, as steady weight at their master's side, as a way to contain and still the violence that is a need to always be ready and watchful. In public they are an aid in organization, in the never ending tasks, and in private they are a soft and warm lover to give way and give comfort.

They are always sent in pairs. The pairs, it is discovered, are often perfect strangers prior to being sold, as allowing them to form connection before meeting their master would hinder the formation of loyalty to where it most must be given. Their long training allows them to be attuned to the other's skills however, knowing always the give and take required of them.
{I'd want to play a Quiver but am open to talks about changing details a bit.}

Notes/Extras:
-Can be played in any time period/setting but I'm really interested in something sort of like fantasy-industrial-revolution like (see Dishonored or Fable III)
- I'm super interested in there being some level of mental conditioning between the Arrows and the Quivers (Kind of like Big Daddies/Little Sisters in Bioshock where, for example, the Arrow's have essentially been programmed to be hyper protective of whatever Quiver they're paired with (except from their master) while the Quiver will always, instinctively, trust their Arrow.
- Even further conditioning like implanted phrases would be super cool.
- I'm okay with either the master being mostly an off screen character or being a character you play. I am not at all interested in playing him myself.

The Silent Will Shout
No castle runs itself. No imperial palace keeps itself in a state of glory. An army of servants and slaves work day and night to keep the grand beacon of imperial decadence shining so bright. Somewhere amid all of that is a class of slave tasked with running messages and errands and serving wine and attending to needs of guests high ranking enough that a certain level of attractiveness and skill is expected even among the lowest ranking attendant to serve them. It's a thankless task that leaves them that perform it in the path of all walks of the castle who might look to lash out on someone less fortunate.

It's also a position that affords those within it's ranks the ability to go unnoticed and unremembered nearly anywhere in the palace. With their duties taking them from highest tower to lowest dungeon on command they have a free run of the palace and worms eye view of the activities of the powerful.

It's a position that, as the rebellion grows, provides some of the most valuable spies any movement could want.

- Slaves (possibly used as bed warmers at times) in a fantasy environment with a rebellion on the way. What more could you possibly want?

6th Watch Report:
(Idea still in development)
The 6th Watch is no longer the new cutting edge of policing. Ever since the laws forbidding the arrest of criminals to be based on the reports of precogs the operation has been entirely hamstrung. With the rich and powerful moving on to new methods of crime prevention the watch has been dismantled. The remaining assets are split up and shuffled off to other cities and departments willing to take on the task of trying to figure out how to make the precogs useful again.

A detective in a particularly crime ridden district finds themselves with an unusual new partner. Their precinct was given one of the last precogs processed for use by law enforcement and it's the detective's job to look after the precog and try to solve crimes in time to prevent them from happening.

Riders of the Sea of Grass
(Idea a bit in development.)

The great sea of grass stretches reaches unknown to the civilized people who dwell at its borders. The only who know it's true reach are the Riders (some, many, say raiders) who make these badlands their home. Wildlings, hard people of the lands with little use for permanent homes or the civilities of towns and cities.

While they have little use for, or little means to feed, slaves occasionally a powerful war chief will rise. One of the customary shows of wealth and power among their people is to take and keep captives from raids. Those who strive may win a place for themselves among their captors as more than a living spoil of war. Some are denied that chance.

Our characters would be two captives trying to survive/make a life for themselves. I've got a couple ideas but would love to hear yours. And yes. This was partially inspired by a certain game of fancy chairs.

And many more surely to come in time. I'm also willing to hear ideas along the same line!

Let me know if I caught your attention
