You were normal once.......

It was supposed to be just a normal meteor shower. Nothing but an astronomical quirk.

For whatever reason your characters had joined others on the hilltop just outside of town in anywhere USA. It was turning into a party when the meteor shower started.

And something unlocked in you at once.

Hello. I'll be your illustrious dungeon master for this game. A game, where your character was normal, and then right at the start of game, your character gains superhuman powers. Along with the sudden knowledge of how to use them. (How your character reacts to this sudden knowledge, is up to you.)

Character creation.
Players wanted. 4-6
Ability scores. 5d6b3 six times. https://rolz.org/dr?room=Illvenism
Hit points Max. (Monsters will have max as well)
Character level 11.
Any race, and class is allowed. (But if you pick a race that is not human, your physicality shifts when the meteor shower starts)
Equipment Your room and board is considered paid for, for the near future. Anything that may help you out in an adventure. (Car, guns, computers) needs to be paid for. You have 6500 US dollars to do so. You also have 3 uncommon magic items, and 1 rare magic item, that you start the game knowing where they are. (You decide where they are.) And standard medieval equipment for your class.

As for the smut. I'm a fan of Curvy woman, FxF, FxM, Mind control, BDSM, and woman sneeze. (I just like it when women sneeze) Turns off for me, include the usual, and anal. Note that while I'm not a fan, I don't consider banging preserved undead to be necrophilia. Anything else just ask.

Any takers?

Might try this out... have something of an idea. I shall ask though.... you up for a character that would have very few issues working her magic to get herself some pets?

I'd be interested in playing something like this, I've never done any modern D&D before so that'll be interesting.

I'll start working on my character tonight.

Do you mean using mind control to get sex slaves? Or bestiality? Or some other third thing? If it's the first two I have no problems with it.

If you need gun stats, let me know.

Oh, It's assumed all characters have proficiency in cars, unless you trade it away for a free tool proficiency of your choice. (Trucks, and Motorcycles are under land vehicles), guns count as martial weapons.

Rolled up my stats, 11, 11, 13, 13, 14, 15, so going to have to choose carefully... though will be going for a Wizard race... probably as a Theurge. Mostly, because why not see this as an act of some divine power, telling her that her time is at hand?

And more of the sex/general slaves part, though she may engage in some bestiality. Maybe.

By the way... any resources you'd like us to avoid? Magic the Gathering, which belongs to the same company, released a Planeshift PDF series for D&D 5e.... and there are some nice looking things in there.

Both are approved, but how do plan to hide being a merfolk? Or are you counting on people adapting to the supernatural very quickly?

There is a very interesting spell called disguise self. Really, she would use illusions quite often early on, even as she seeks magical power to augment herself.... and improve her position quickly. She will work on mind-control and brainwashing tactics to establish small cults, using a religious framework to try and establish a means of control over the mundanes.

And of course, part of the rituals she would be learning/making would be to try and extend her life and youth.... and if there is no Goddess she is drawing her powers from? Establish herself as one. Ambition is her Theurge domain for a reason after all.

That actually made me think of a question actually; how are divine spellcasters going to work? Are the various gods going to be coming over as well, or will they have a different source for their power?

Fair enough.

No one knows. Although Clerics may devote themselves to a religion. Their power seems to be formed out of a belief in something.

Think I know my magic items.

Rare; Rod of Rulership
Uncommon; Broom of Flying, Helm of Telepathy, and Amulet of Proof Against Detection and Location.

Of course.... will be wondering if it may be possible to acquire something similar to the Wyrmskull Throne? She would of course, need to really work on making it, and I fully acknowledge that in no way would it be easy.

It will be possible. Although at an absolute minimum, crafting it requires obtaining four adult blue dragon skulls.

Also. Shock. Lightening breath. I see what you did there. :p

Oh? I may have missed the obvious thing. Really, I had just checked what artifacts are on there, saw that, and went... 'I want that' to be honest.

One of it's abilities is to be able to use lightening bolts. A sort of imitation on the blue dragon's breath.

Ah, that is true, and a fairly good work around all things said and done. And one that she will use to her advantage to smite the non-believers. Convert or be breathed on by her throne.

Spoken like a true D&D player :)

I've just about finished my character, as well as figured out which magic items I want:

Uncommon: Gauntlets of Ogre Power, +1 Wand of the War Mage, Cloak of Protection
Rare: +2 Rapier

Just have to do the purchases with the budget, which is in that imaginationland currency instead of real Canadian dollars. Still, shall make do.

Listen I wanted my game to have other things besides building igloos and hunting polar bears so I couldn't set it in Canada. :p
