"He can think that all he wants! He can be delusional. " He smirked kissing her neck lightly giving it a light nip.
 
"If he gave me a fat lip would you kiss it and make it better?" He smiled giving her a light squeeze chuckling softly.
 
She smiled and said "I doubt that would help very much" she said with a chuckle. She then sat up and said "Come on, lets get something to eat before our guests arrive" she said smiling.
 
"I am betting you would be very delicious though." He laughed standing kissing her shoulder and letting her lead him to the dinning hall.
 
Elise smiled and said "Perhaps" she walked to dinner with a smile. Sitting down she ate her fill of the food before she helped Eliza clear the table for the meeting. Once it was empty, a few extra chairs were placed around it. An hour later, the members from other group across the city began to arrive.

The first to arrive was Alexander, who was from the other side of the city. He was older then Elise by at least 7 years. He used to be a teacher at a local school.
Next came Johnathan, he was also from Alexanders area. He was about the same age as Elise. He worked on a farm before the war. He managed to get out of being conscripted into the army.
After him was Andrea, she was from the south. She came from a rich well off family, but there house and belongings had been repossession by the Germans and her family killed.
David was next, also from the south. He had worked in a mechanic in the war. He had forever shamed him self by deserting and has since been trying to regain his honor.
Ezekiel was the last to arrive, coming from an area close to the river and German supply lines. Before the war he had been a baker. He always had interesting information on the Germans.

Soon they were all sitting around the table, each guest had brought one or two other members with them for safety. Once everyone was seated, the meeting began. It was not long before Stephen was brought into conversation. His uniform had gotten a few looks. It seemed Andrea was the only one brave enough to ask.

"By the way...It seemes we have a new member, who might you be?" she asked him, inhaling from a cigarette. The upper classes had always smoked, It seemed she had been unable to give up that habit.
 
Stephen ate and helped Eliza and Elise then went to greet people at the door with Adrien. He sat silently threw the meeting figuring it was not his place to speak in this situation. "I am Captain Stephen Walker I was piloting the plane that landed just outside the city a few months back. They brought me in and fixed me up. I am hoping to get us a supply feed once the American lines get to this small city. " He smiled then fell silent again setting behind Elise out of the way.
 
Andrea looked at him and said "I see then". The meeting continued, each person giving a report. Then future plans began to be discussed. They included cutting off supply lines, raiding camps e.c.t. They would continue on for 2-3 hours before they concluded the meeting and they began to leave.
 
He smiled and remained quiet listening to all of their plans it felt nice being in the back ground again he wished he had more to offer. As people started to leave he began starting to clean up with the dinning room letting Elise have some time with the leaders.
 
Elise bade the leaders good bye. She then returned to the dining room and said "I hope that did bore you to much"
 
"I used to have meetings like this every day. That was an exciting meeting my my standards. " He laughed walking over to her slipping his arms around her holding her close. "Shall we head to bed?"
 
She smiled and nodded and said "Yes, I'm tired" she said yawning. She began to walk up to there room now with a smile on her face. She entered and fell face forward on the bed, not even wanting to change.
 
Stephen smiled walking over patting her bottom on the chuckling."You going to sleep fully clothed? " He chuckled backing up stripping down to his boxers.
 
"You want me to undress you?" He chuckled a bit nervous to do that just yet. "How undressed do you want me to get you." He chuckled rolling her over onto her back gently slipping her up into the middle of the bed crawling in with her.
 
She felt him roll her over. In answer to his question she replied "I don't know, and i don't care, I'm too tired to care" she told him wearily, her eyes closing.
 
He smiled and covered them both up pulling her onto his chest. He was not going to pick on here when she was this tired. "Sweet dreams love. "
 
"Good night" she told him closing her eyes and falling asleep on his chest. She woke up the next morning with a groan, not wanting to wake.
 
When Stephen heard her groan his hand moved and rubbed her back lightly in his sleep. His sleeping mind trying to get her to go back to sleep.
 
He rolled onto his side snuggling into her his face pressing into her neck kissing it lightly. He was also fighting to stay asleep.
