One day the Fates came to Zeus and told him a prophesy, that his daughter, Athena, would give birth to a child that would kill him and overthrow the Olympians, just as he had done to his father and the Titans. So he attacked his daughter and threw her from Olympus. She fell and landed among the fields of her own city, Athens. Their she met a Roman soldier, who was not only a great man, but the last direct decedent of the Titian Prometheus. He showed her kindness when she was cast among men, and eventually bore him a child, but it was then that Zeus found her again and sent destruction upon her city and made sure that she did not survive this time, though the father fled with the child back to Rome. She was raised in her fathers house, and lived up to her lineage as the daughter of a God and decedent of a Titan. She was strong and quick with her body and her wits, as well as levelheaded in war as in peace. On her twentieth birthday she is visited by the Fates and told of her lineage, and of her mothers fate. As Rome begin to crumble she sets on her journey that shall take her across the Empire and the world in her search for a way to defeat the mad god Zeus and the Olympians that will put her in a battle against gods, men, and monsters, and finding allies along the way.
So, this will be an RP I'm going to try and keep pretty well grounded in the mythology and history of the time whenever I can. I won't expect you to be a history expert at all but as far as places and people I'm trying to use real locations during the time, or places in actual myth that are also period relevant to this RP, but if you just follow my lead I promise I won't throw anything at you myth or history wise that won't become clear after a few posts. I also encourage you to explore as far and wide as you want, go to China, or Africa, or the America's even. I want this to be fun and really use world mythology to it's fullest. I won't do this as a sex driven RP, but, how much of it there is will be really up to you and how you want to approach the characters largely. If you want their can be no sex, or their can be a lot as long as the story doesn't just devolve into a smut fest. So, if anyone is interested please let me know and we can flush out any details you might think are hanging and get this going.
