Ash had to wonder, were the creatures at the other lab even larger? It was hard to imagine anything larger than that dragon had been, but then this had been a day of non-stop surprises so far.
He looked into the room with the swamp, glancing around slowly. With a bubbling a massive toad crawled out of the mud, muck sliding cleanly off his slicked skin. The creature was a deep crimson with a blue underbelly and some black markings on his back. The beast was a good foot taller than Ash, letting out a growly croak and stretching as it looked at him.
 
Ash blinked as he watched the toad moving out of the mud, his head slowly tilting upwards as it fully emerged. "Uh....wh-whoa..." He swallowed nervously, the creature seeming to just croak in response rather than speaking, so perhaps this one wasn't intelligent like the dragon had been. "Hm?" Ash glanced down as he saw movement, shivering slightly as he watched something start to slowly poke out "I guess that's the uh...main event huh?" He laughed nervously, slowly moving a little closer now that he was naked.
 
The head was blunt and humanoid, the ridge lined with short, rubbery spikes, the shaft thick and rippling, covered in thick, bumpy nodules.
