Yes, My Lord (ToujoursPur x NightStalker73au)

Marcus watched her leave, a few minutes later hearing her go up the stairs presumably to her bedroom. Having sent his fiancee off into town for a few days the whole house seemed to be much quieter and more peaceful. Perfect time to think over things, especially what she had said earlier this morning. If it was a ruse by his fiancee to get pregnant thus trapping him it would not work, he did not need it. Moving quietly through the lower rooms, taking one staircase towards the back he stepped out onto the landing near his private library, opening the door and stepping inside. Sitting down behind the large oak desk he pulled out his cigar case, lighting one and inhaling the aromas as they filled his nostrils. Tapping fingers on the desk he began to dream of younger days.

Elizabeth walked down stairs and sighed softly. She started to get thirsty after reading. She walked to the well outside and poured some water inside the cup. She didn't realize what she was wearing. She walked back inside the house, and blushed as seh looked in the mirror. She hoped no one saw her. She ran upstairs and closed teh door. She was going to she was in the room the whole night.

Marcus had recollections of when he first his maid, the one that he had counted on for so many years. Those memories mixed with the ones from earlier in the day, what was the meaning if there was one. Maybe nothing at all as he finished his cigar, stood up and stretching before glancing at the clock on the right hand wall. Leaving his library and closing the door he quietly moved down the corridor to his room, stripping off and leaving the covers off his body he soon fell asleep.

Elizabeth walked inside his room and smiled. He seemed so peaceful when he slept. She blushed and quickly walked out. One day she would be in his bed, naked, and in his arms. She walked to her bed and yawned softly. She slowly fell asleep.

Marcus stirred a little in his sleep, body rolling onto one side. That is where he would stay until morning, the peacefulness of the house created one of the best night's sleep he ever had.

Elizabeth slept late that morning. Something that she hadn't done in years. She sighed as she strolled out of bed. She changed in her usual clothes and walked downstairs. She prayed the master wouldn't notice how late the breakfast would be. Elizabeth bit her lip as some of the food smelled odd. She walked off as soon as she placed the meal on the table.

Marcus glanced at his small watch, laying on the bedside table. He could not believe he had slept late, taking a quick shower and dressing in his usual attire of pants and shirt he made his way downstairs. The aromas of breakfast wafting up to his nostrils, entering the kitchen he took a closer look at the food before picking up the phone. A short angry outburst followed by his slamming down the phone ensued, throwing the food out he cleared out the small fridge and rang the little bell.

Elizabeth bit her lip and walked over to him. "Master, I am sorry. Please let me explain." she begged and blushed darkly. She didn't want him to punish her. He didn't hurt her much, yet she was embarassed and liked him even more. She looked down at the ground and sighed.

Marcus waited and watched her appear, his eyes following her as she moved closer. One hand came up towards her lips as he brought his other through the air to rest just behind her head.

"No nothing to speak about, they have sold food that was not worthy of being sold. Fresher food will be supplied later today."

"Thank you, sir." she whispered and smiled. "Would you like to go horse back riding until they get here?" she asked with a blush. He liked how his hands were so close to her. She wanted to kiss those hands and beg him to please her.

Marcus first smiled then grinned into her eyes moving away from her slightly, her words hitting home immediately as he glanced out the kitchen window towards the stable area.

"Yes an excellent idea, until i return and the groceries arrive you can relax a little."

"Thank you, master." she smiled and walked to her room to get back to reading. She walked to the bed and slipped inside the bed as she fell asleep once more.

Marcus smiled and watched her leave, taking the side door and down towards the stables. Patting his old mare on the side he scratched behind one ear, throwing the saddle on a few minutes later. Off towards the back of the property and into the wooded areas he rode.

Elizabeth had a dream of them kissing and making love. She smiled a bit adn closed her eyes. She had always liked him. She would never hurt him. She woke up to sweat beading down her body.

Marcus had been gone for awhile, his mare taking the corner a little faster than he anticipated. The next thing he saw were her hooves very close to his head, rolling out of the way he whistled which made her stop. Slowly getting to his feet he threw his body over the saddle and hung on, patting her neck lightly urging her to take him home. Arriving back near the stables he groaned and fell from the saddle onto the ground where he lay.

Elizabeth noticed he hadn't come back in a logn time. She sighed and wondered what ever happened to him. She walked outside and towards him. She stopped as she saw him laying on the ground. She screamed and ran to him as she tried to pick him up. "Come on." she whispere dand looked at him. "You ahve to get up, master." she grabbed his arm and started to cry.

Marcus knew the fall in the forest had broken several ribs, the piercing scream and wails hit his ears. Blinking and sitting up a little his eyes hazed over glanced at her face before down to where she had a good grip of his arm. Breathing slowly he tried to stand up and succeeded on the third attempt, words half stammered out. "Think you can support me inside."

"I will do anything, master." she whispered and looked at him sadly. "Please do not go." she begged and closed her eyes. She placed an arm over her shoulders and slowly walked with him up the stairs. She kissed him softly on the cheek as servants looked at him with a grave expression. They thought he was going to die. They didn't want to work anymore if he was just going to die.

Marcus walked gingerly up each step, the looks from his other staff only made him wonder just bad how face did look. Once upstairs and in his room he ignored the fact she was close, removing his almost totally torn shirt and discarding it. Eyes glancing down towards the side with the most pain, bruised but his ribs would heal with a few days in bed. "Some water please."

She nodded and ran downstairs to get him some water. She ran upstairs and looked at him. "I am not leaving you alone anywhere." she whispered and sat down on the bed. She started to rub his head softly.

Marcus heard her words when she came back, taking a few sips of the water before moving his legs fully onto the bed and resting head against his pillow. The soft touch was making him sleepy and soon enough his eyes fully closed and breathing changed to that of him sleeping.

Elizabeth continued to sit next to him and smiled. Elizabeth heard his soft breathing and the other slaves mumbling about leaving. She sighed softly as she would have to do all the chores now. She didn't worry about that anymore. She closed her eyes and tried to remain calm.

Marcus's body sank even deeper into the bed, the own noises heard occasionally were mumbles. Barely recognisable to most his words were there though. "Thank you.."

Elizabeth continued to rub his head, yet stopped once Mary came in. "Stay away from him you little bitch." the girl growled. All the servants had gone and must have left the door open. She bit her lip and looked at him. "I am only taking care of him. He needs his rest."

Marcus stirred a little in his sleep, eyes opening as he felt the fingers still moving across his forehead. Fully open now he glanced around the room, speaking softly. "Elizabeth please make sure that all doors are locked and guests are kicked out."
