Hi Ghost Recon Wildlands idea development (help needed)

Hi so as the title says I need help developing my ghost recon idea and character. I want to do something like the game Ghost Recon Wildlands. Yet I am unsure how to go about wording it.

this is my character. I'm picturing her as a person who revels in psychological warfare spreading fear and doubt among her enemies. any thoughts or questions to help me get my juices flowing would be great.
