You play the harp? That's awesome! Used to live right next door to a harpist, and their late-night practicing was actually cool to hear through the walls.

I do It's a 29 string Minstrel harp, but it seems to be on a string rejecting rampage as of late. This is the second time one has snapped since the new year and I despise having to weave a new string though! I've owned this harp for years and only broken one string ever before January >< 2010 is not a good harp year for Pocket it seems.

Just a hobby as I doubt anyone would want to hear me curse under my breath as I fumble something at their wedding.

I typically play things by ear rather than consult sheet music, but it’s rather easy to improvise on a harp ^^

I have heard people play rock on classical instruments, with classical arrangements. The Hampton String Quartet released a few albums like "What If Mozart Had Written Born To Be Wild" and the like. Good stuff. It would be awesome to hear a harp version of something like "Sunshine Of Your Love".
