Fact: Your history is always there. The best way to really get rid of it all, is to not only delete history, but to reset search and passwords. (It's in internet options) Also, delete your cookies.

Fact: I just came back from the gym. I'm so sore, that I feel like 4 wrestlers just grabbed my arms and legs and pulled as hard as they could. D;​
