With a chuckle Kav nodded. "I know where Taishō is." he said, and turned to SIA, who was looking at Gypsy with an almost curious expression. Kav hardly ever brought other people on board, as most of his runs were transporting items of some sort, not other lifeforms.
"You heard her SIA. Set course please." Kav said, and the android nodded and headed toward the bridge. The ship had both FTL and Warp capabilities, and soon the appropriate shields were put into place. Traveling through space required more preparation than most might surmise, as various belts of radiation and other such things were almost unavoidable when traveling at such speeds.
Kav turned to Gypsy. "Let me show you to your quarters." he said, and would lead her away from the hangar bay and into the Hawk proper. The ship was well maintained, that much was clear, and the living quarters, which could actually accommodate about eight people, other than the captain himself, were below and in front of the hangar bays, which could hold two fighter class ships. It seemed that Kav only had the one. That left that hangar bay open to pull cargo as well.
The quarters he led her to were not fancy, but definitely adequate, with a nice comfy bed and a place for her to store her things.
