Requiem of Destruction (1x1 with DarkMudkip)

“She’s wants us to fight... She said I could eat if I won..” His whole body was shaking, like a beaten dog. “We both know I’m not going to win.” He stared down at the knife in front of him, not moving at all.

Ren did his best to stand, just barely making it to his feet, dagger held loosely in one of his battered hands. The boy was so much smaller than Motochika, and a thousand times weaker.

Ren grunted as he hit the ground, winded momentarily before he crawled back to his feet, looking around for his dagger. He spotted it and moved toward it, stumbling and falling to his knees, he managed to crawl to his weapon, reaching out for the blade.

Ren cried out as he tumbled across the sand, but he didn’t let go of the blade this time. “She said I could only eat once I had won..!” Poor boy, he sounded so broken.

Ren stared in disbelief. “C-Cap’n!” Already guards had come out to retentive him from the arena. “Arigatou!”

"See ya around, Ren..." Motochika said blandly, walking back to his cell. When he entered, he turned to the guard, "Give all my water for the day to Nana." He said

The guards nodded, finding no reason to go against his wishes, and as always, they dumped the water over Nana’s body, giving her a few more hours of life.

Nana would suffer for weeks, with why little water Motochika gave her, and no food. She didn’t need the food however, but it still caused her pain to not eat, it make her weak, if only she had that damned collar off.

Motochika conserved as much energy as he could, needing the energy to break out not only him and Nana but Ren as well. He didn't know what shape the Fugaku was in but he knew Akihime was not so kind.

Daihachi and Minehime had been staying as welcomed guests at Ieyasu's estate for a long while, almost as if they had been friends with the clan lord for years and years. Even after the horrible incident of Megohime destroying part of his estate to get to Hidemune two decades ago, Ieyasu never held any ill will when he saw Minehime. He still smiled and welcomed her gladly as well as Daihachi. When explained what had been happening with Akihime claiming Osaka as her own, Ieyasu grew distraught for Mitsunari. The two didn't really understand why, chalking it to Ieyasu and Mitsunari being friends since a young age.

Minehime did her best to readjust to life outside of torment and torture. After her physical wounds had healed, she pledged herself to serve Ieyasu, while doing her best to nurse Daihachi’s mental wounds. The only scars that would remain were the wounds inflicted by Akihime’s own living weapon, a deep scar down her cheek under her left eye, and the terrible wounds covering her back.

Daihachi did better under Minehime's care, he was less isolated and spoke more, but it was obvious his father's fate haunted him. He didn't seem to care for much else besides Minehime. He owed her so much.

After Minehime preformed her daily duties, she went to see Daihachi, knocking gently on the door to his bedroom, where he would spend most of his time while Minehime was gone.
