In the City of New Oreleans, things tend to be off in the happy little town. It's Prince is a Malkavian who seems to have passed into the madness network far too many times than is safe. The Prince's tattered and dusty suit gives off the aura of carelessness but his voice and commanding appearance say otherwise. The Camarilla seemed to have a firm hold on the city for quite a few years before Katrina. After the disaster, the Sabbat began to challenge them for who really ruled the city. As the years dragged on, we find ourselves in the year 2009, The Sabbat and the Camarilla are still locked in a heated stand-still.
Unfortunately, they are so busy fighting, they hardly noticed when a few "undesireables" passed into the city limits. Twenty Three Kindred of the Independant clans had crossed into New Orleans without notice and seemingly with no motive. One by one, elders began suffering the final death, The Sabbat blamed the Camarilla and the same was done to them, leaving the prince in a rather uncomfortable position. He had a choice, fight off the Sabbat and risk losing his own un-life or find the source of the new pain in his side.

As the Prince is having his own internal struggle with his "better half", the claimed Arch-Bishop of New Orleans was working her own plans. The Camarilla was being attacked but so was she. In order to maintain her troops, she ordered three packs under her leadership to go out and recover more recruits. Once her packs returned, she gave the young fledglings an chance, Find out what the Camarilla was doing about the new threat and take out as many of them as they could to give the intruders an open playing field, and they may just earn their creation rites.

There are two sides to this entire endevor.
The Sabbat, who have a plan all their own.
And the Camarilla who will be under orders of Ambroise Constant- Prince of New Orleans.

I will be doing dice rolls for you and it will make it easy. I have a Gaia thread made for it. (Don't worry, you don't have to be a member of Gaia to view it!) It has a random dice gen so I can easily make the dice rools for you and it will make everything easy. Dice Rolls

Now I will start with people's human phase. I will make a list of people who have done it.

1. TheDarkerMe- Started.

So... Welcome to your last day, Darker. This will be the beginning of your human phase and the end of your human life. Now. Starting us out.

You wake up in your apartment, your alarm for class on your cell phone has been going off for a half an hour. The sunlight is beaming through your windows and a pounding in your head. Or wait. That pounding is your front door. Now. Tell me Darker, What are you going to do?

Saria had slept in too late, too late indeed. A groggy sound fled the females lips as pale blue eyes opened. She stretched out, wincing at the cracking of her bones. She reached out groggily, a pounding sound filling her ears. Was that just a headache, or was someone at the door? She didn't know which. But she reached for her glasses and put those one. Slowly she rolled her legs over the edge of her bed and stood up.

She threw on a robe, the easiest thing she could find. Rubbing her eyes she approached the door. Her hair was mussled and looked an utter mess. She was groggy and had a thorough sleep tossed look to her. She shuffled to the door, and reaching out she released a yawn as she looked through the eyehole. Forgetting the damn thing was broken the girl cleared her throat. "Who is it!" She called out through the thick wood. Who in the hell could be pounding on her door?

First Roll: 10. Success.

A voice replies through the door.

"New Orleans Police. I'd like to have a word with you, miss."

There is a police officer standing outside of your door, your door is locked and you have no idea why this cop is here. He sounds mildly agitated and he pounds on the door again after a short lack of response.

"Miss, I need you to open your door."

What are you going to do?

Saria frowns, rather visibly at the voice. Slowly she unlocks the door, leaving in the security chain as she opens the door. "I apologize, but may I please see your badge?" She asked in a cautious voice. Her father had raised her with a sense of understanding that true positions of authority would not hesitate to provide proof. Her father was a good man, and had raised her well. She relied on the wisdom he had passed unto her. She squinted out to look in the hallway.

The sound of her phone still screechig out her alarm. "Fucking hell..." She muttered in a low voice. She rubbed her eyes and released a faint yawn, as she waited for the officers response. The frown still on her features. Gods, she was missing something, but what?

First Roll: Odd or Even- Odd Failed

Her father had raised her with a sense of understanding that true positions of authority would not hesitate to provide proof. Her father was a good man, and had raised her well. She relied on the wisdom he had passed unto her. She squinted out to look in the hallway.

The sound of her phone still screechig out her alarm. "Fucking hell..." She muttered in a low voice. She rubbed her eyes and released a faint yawn, as she waited for the officers response. The frown still on her features. Gods, she was missing something, but what?

The officer glared at her though the cracked door, pulling his badge and flashing it.

"Is there anything else miss?"

The officer stuck his foot in the door.

"What time did you get back here for class last night miss?"

Saria smiled weakly at the officer. "I apologize if I angered you. Just the way I was raised." She said lightly as she stepped back. She undid the lock and opened the door so the officer could come in. What time did she get back from class last night? What the hell had happened? "I got back at about Seven, my friend Sarina was with me." She said as she looked at him warily. He was asking way too many questions, well not really. But something was putting her on edge.

"Has something happened Sir? Please... come in.." She said as she stepped from the door, tying the sash of the robe as tight as she could. She was not exactly comfortable with how things were going. Something just didn't sit right.

The police officer steps in the door, looking around her apartment.

"When was the last time you saw your friend Sarina?"

I'm also going to make a roll for myself.

GM Roll: 1. Failed.

The officer looks at you after your answer.

"I'm sorry to tell you miss, but your friend is dead."

"We hung out last night, till about ten." She said as she frowned at the officer. The feeling in her stomach increasing more and more. Something just wasn't right. "Her boyfriend, Jeremy picked her up. They were going out to dinner, it was their anniversary... has something happened to her?" She asked in a concerned tone. She knew it was bad though, ecause of the look on the officers face.

Her stomach revolted the moment she heard his answer. Tears gathering in her eyes as she clapped her hand to her mouth. "H-how?" She whispered softly.

First Roll: 9. Success: You manage to maintain some composure.

Her stomach revolted the moment she heard his answer. Tears gathering in her eyes as she clapped her hand to her mouth. "H-how?" She whispered softly.

The police officer looks her over for a moment before replying.

"It looks to be a wild animal attack but we can't be sure. The coroner thinks they may have torn the heart along with most of the other organs."

Second Roll: 5. Failed

The cops bluntness makes your stomach revolt even more, causing what little you had in you stomach come back out. You just vomited on the police officer's shoes.

The officer looks you over before grabbing your shoulder and leading you to a chair.

Saria paled when the officer mentioned how her friend had died. She lost all her composure, her stomach contents spilling over his shoes. She didn't have much more then bile in her stomach, having just woken up. Shaken and upset she allows the officer to lead her to one of her kitchen chairs. She pressed her hand to her mouth, the taste of bile making her almost get sick again. She held it back as best she could.

"I need to get some water." She said softly as she rose to stand. Water to rinse the stuff out of her mouth, and to calm her. She needed that water, otherwise she might just lose it completely. Her best-friend was dead. Hell her only friend, now she was alone, asides for her family. Oh jee, she saw them how often?

Alright, just to make this go faster I'm going to start us off at night just so I don't have to waste time going through the whole day. So.

It's about 6:04 at night, you've been having a pretty good day so far. It's your 4th day of vacation and everything has been going swell. Your hotel room is in the French Quarter of New Orleans. You are staying at the Andrew Jackson Hotel on Royal Street. You are on Decatur and Conti. What do you do?

Nightengale walked along the sidewalk, turning on Dumaine to head back to her hotel after a day of walking around and enjoying herself as per her psychologist's instructions. She smiled when she looked up at the setting sun then adjusted her small backpack.

First Roll: Difficulty 6
Roll: 5 Failed.

You look up at the street sign to find you are 6 blocks away from the street your hotel is supposed to be.

after a day of walking around and enjoying herself as per her psychologist's instructions. She smiled when she looked up at the setting sun then adjusted her small backpack.

Second Roll: Diffculty 5
Roll: 10 Success

As you walk, you managed (somehow) to not be blinded by the sun and manage to dodge to seemingly crazy man, walking down the street talking to himself.

She stared at the man as he walked down the street, wondering what he was talking about to himself though wondering why he was talking to himself in the first place would have alarmed most people far more. With the things she's heard from her psychologist, something like this was quite par for the course. She shrugged and walked on, sighing that she was six blocks away from her hotel. She coulda sworn it was only three, but her sense of direction was far from the best.

First Roll: Difficulty 7
Roll: 5 Failed

The man you are looking at has now noticed. He turns to you and begins yelling.

"You're one of THEM aren't you! Leave me alone! Wait. She isn't one of them. They want her to be one of them."

The man grabs your shoulders.

"Get out of New Orleans! Before they get you!"

Gale tries stepping back when the man grabbed her. A look of fear dominated her visage as she hated being touched, especially by disheveled strangers. The feeling made her skin crawl, but once she calmed down she managed to stammer out a few words.

"Wh-who?! Before who gets me?"

First Roll: Difficulty 6
roll: 10 success

The man's eyes get really wide.
"Them. The Kindred. Their prince wants you! And they will find you!"

"Kindred?" She said quizzically, stepping back away from the man so he would stop touching her.

"Prince? What are you talking about? What would some prince want with me?"

She looked at him with an eyebrow raised, wondering if he would either elaborate or just run off talking to himself again.

The man looks you over for a moment before leaning in close to your face.
"Vampires little girl."

Gale's eyes widened when she heard the word vampires. Being rather well educated in most things occult, she knew of vampires and has claimed to have witnessed one draining the blood from a woman in an alley, though she had only told her psychologist about it.

"V-vampires? But what do they want with me?" She asked again.

Just as the man opens his mouth to explain, two men in black suits grab his arms. Another grabs yours.

"Excuse me miss, is this man bothering you? If you don't mind, we have orders to bring you with us to the chief."

The men pull out FBI badges.

"If you don't mind miss, come with us."

"Wait! Please!" She exclaimed as the feds started taking the man away.

"Can I just have a minute with him before we go? He's a friend of mine." She needed to hear what the man was going to say, and if her current suspicions were accurate, these feds were what he was warning her about.

The man holding your arm loosened his grip a light bit and looks at you.

"Alright. But we aren't leaving."
