Last Movie You Saw...

Like the two previous it does not invent the slasher-wheel anew, but manages to check all the right boxes for a fun slasher while amping up the gore to the max, so a pretty fun time for me at least.

Buildup to the last act was pretty rushed in my opinion though, but didn't hamper my enjoyment value.

Saw local theater showing Carrie and Nightmare on Elm Street as well, so might go see the Elm Street at least since itt is my favorite slasher movie of all time.
 
Went to see Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) in theaters last Sunday.

Seen it like... Thirty or so times, and it's still one of my favorite slashers and one of the reasons I got into horror at an early age. Climax of the movie is pretty much just a Looney Tunes-skit, but man I still love it for being so goofy.
 
The last movie I saw was Transformers One. I didn't expect much from it, but I liked it way better than the live action ones! In the end, I feel like animation is way better for the franchise.

I more-or-less liked it. The script was...convoluted and a little clunky, I feel. I loved the call-backs to previous Batman movies, and I liked what Sasha Calle did with Supergirl in her limited on-screen time. I'm just not a fan of Ezra Miller, is all.

So much better than expected (I have low expectations of book adaptations), Daniel Craig was brilliant and the soundtrack was top notch.
 
Klaus, it has become a holiday tradition to watch it and I always end up crying because its so sweet 😭(trying to change that final bit from the tradition!)
