The percentage stats can be thought of exp in a skill in a RPG, like D20 Modern. It is how good they are in it, 0 means nothing, 100% means complete mastery. The more you do it, the higher it goes. Think Elder Scrolls, the more you swing your weapon, or run, the higher that skill goes, up to 100 in most cases.

Its not that I don't know how to RP it...its really how much my character knows about it. Also a friend of mine did the art work for my character after she saw that phone lol

I didn't say that you didn't know how to rp it, I said that your character has no skill at it.
 
Thanks, Raz, but I DID figure that much out. I just don't know the system or standards. And of course you can RP it, Onica, I wasn't worried about that! :-D

I just wonder what system it is. It all seems to be part of an existing set-up, what with the reference to a Breeding subset of statistics (which, lolwhut? :-D ). The system seems a little off, anyway. For example, it's hard to imagine someone could know everything there is to know about military operations as a Marine and yet know absolutely nothing about Obedience and Loyalty. It's a little strange she doesn't have any midlevel stats; just perfect or ignorant.

To be 100% in military its like a black belt, good shooter, and can run a 300 PFT oh and know your job......it really dose not have to do about Obedience and Loyalty. If you have all that and Obedience and Loyal you are a golden child! More or less you have to be sly and willing to suck up that it sad to say, no one is really obedient and loyal just...just suck ups and really good at getting it in the ass. >.< You just need to know how to pretend your way threw boot camp and your home free. Not to say all Marines are like, I'm not like that. I fell off an aircraft for one guy and thats a long way down.
