A person's smile and the look in their eyes is always step one to a good appearance. That aside, smiling also feels wonderful. You've also gotta build some confidence in yourself. Don't let the negativity of life get you down. I've known people who had little going for them who through their happy-go-lucky attitude end up being very appealing. To me, anyway, all the t & a in the world don't mean a thing if the girl just isn't happy with who she is.

That's just my two cents, from a guy's perspective. If you're looking for makeup tips or anything like that I'm beat.
