It's so wierd I was like born with strong legs. I can lift so much (like on the leg press) like no shit 250lbs no problem.

My grandma had it too. She was so hot. :)

I used to have strong legs but I broke my hip awhile back. I have, after two stints of physical therapy, started to build up their strength again but it is not going well. I always push too hard and end up messing up the group of groin muscles that tightened around the break initially.

Groin injuries are a pain to actually have healed. It's been two years since the first problem popped up with it.

Right now it is feeling a lot better but it still gives me problems. I just can't go to balls to the walls anything unless I majorly stretch.
