I would like to recognize that my joke was in poor taste and has obviously been taken for more than just a joke. The joke was intended to be funny because the photo itself is unflattering, it's strange what the sun, chlorine and an awkwardly taken shot can do to a person and I'm sure that you don't look like Quasimodo.

It wasn't intended to be an attack on someone because of how he looks, it was supposed to be silly - the silly portion being that I used a Disney depiction from a delightful movie in perhaps the most entertaining scene in the movie.

The fact that it was taken otherwise is sad and completely not where I was going with that.

I accept the fact that it was in horrible taste and recognize this fact now realizing that something I found funny was not so for all people.

I honestly was not intending to be mean spirited, it was just a poorly thought out joke. IF I offended Dakol I apologize for that.
