To say that Raelynn expected for Deathwing to go ahead and reject her added terms was incorrect, but she certainly didn't expect the way that he just went along seemingly good-natured with that infamous smile of his. Might it be that he enjoyed calling someone lover no matter the primal way he said he liked otherwise? For her at least, it felt better than calling someone otherwise; lover made it sound as if they were equals, and as once, Kaleb almost was her lover too - now, it was a demon lord who asserted dominance over her. Better something than nothing at least, she supposed...
What Raelynn definitely didn't expect was for the demon to pull her forward, almost lurching her off balance, only to meet his lips once again. Those hot, sensual lips that made another ember of lust burn bright inside her for a moment, having Raelynn lean up into his touch and kiss him back while she pressed her body into the hand that ran down her body. But just as quickly, he pulled away, and she squashed that ember as soon as he did, letting out another disgruntled groan at how weary her body just felt. He promised for her to be cleaned and to be rested, and before anything, even feeling the pleasure with her demonic lover, Raelynn wanted those two things first, enough for her to purse her lips and narrow her eyes at him.
She already had another retort on her lips when Deathwing spoke again, that velvet almost mocking tone that was so different than when he pushed into her, rough and rumbling deep in his chest. This one, Raelynn supposed that he was teasing her, and she was half-tempted to just guide herself and prove... What? The demon lord already knew that she was assertive, bold, and brash, enough to impress him as it was, so what would stumbling around in her current condition do but make a mockery of herself? No one would make a fool of her, and not especially not by her own stupidity either. So she gazed back at him in determination, realizing that none of the red fire had went out of his eyes and that the thick pillar was still hard, obviously pointing upwards and ready for her. A shred of doubt crept into Raelynn's mind; would Deathwing actually let her rest at all?
"Unless you want me to pass out and be in worse conditions, lead on, lover," she mockingly teased back, shrugging as if everything was playing to her advantage. No sense in letting herself look weak while there were so many eyes watching them right now as Raelynn simply crossed her arms again under her soaked breasts, tilting her head upwards and waiting for Deathwing to start walking. She could still stand, still walk a bit; just not for long, but for now, with arms around her lean torso as if she was holding herself together, Raelynn could still handle herself. All she wanted to do was to clean up and relax now...
