"No!..." Alex said, as Aaron turned around, and started to leave. Then Alex tripped over him self, landing on the floor with a thud. "Don't leave..." Alex said, rolling over, panting slightly.
 
Aaron jumped at Alex's exclamation and he turned around, hurrying over to him as he fell. "Ok, ok, I won't leave, calm down..." He whispered, pulling him into his arms and stroking his hair.
 
Alex laughed slightly, as Aaron picked him up. "Let's go..." Alex said, standing up, and turning to his family. "Well, this is Aaron...I guess y'all already know that..." Alex said, laughing slightly. "And...well... he's my mate."
 
Aaron blushed softly again at the terminology and he rubbed the back of his neck self consciously. "N-Nice to meet you all, again, I'm sorry for letting this happen, but I'll work even harder to find him foods he can eat, even if I have to buy fresh meet from the butcher shop or take up hunting. I'll do it." He bowed his head to them in apology. "I'm sorry..."
 
Alex patted his back, smiling. "It's alright, we under stand. While rare, a werewolf taking up a human mate is often." Micheal said to Aaron. "While, most of the time they take up female partners, male mates are rare, and even more rare with a human, but I'm sure y'all will find out ways to be happy together." Micheal said.
 
Aaron blinked in surprise and smiled at him, a little touched before looking down at Alex with a gentle smile. "Yeah." He said, kissing his head. "Let's head home." He said before waving to his family and leading him back to the car.
 
Alex smiled, and waved behind him, as they both walked away. Soon after, he looked over at Aaron, and smiled. "While my mother is a bit blunt, and rude, she means well. And my brother Scar is a little quiet, and Micheal, Micheal is the nicer one at of my family." Alex told him, smiling.
 
Aaron smiled at him and nodded softly, though his eyes seemed a little sad. "Must be nice... They seem like good... uh... people?" He said uncertainly, wondering if that was the right word to use.
 
Alex frowned, and looked away, getting a bit nervous. "Well...let's just say we came at a good time." Alex said, but then looked back up at him, trying to bring up a smile.
 
Alex shook his head, smiling. "It's nothing, let's say if the rest of my pack was there, it would have gone down differently."
 
Aaron looked at him confused but nodded and smiled, kissing his head gently. "I know I've asked this before... but are you sure you want to give it up? Your life? Your family? Just for me?" He asked, looking guilty.
 
Alex frowned, then leaned up, and kissed his head softly. "Of course, and I can come back and visit any time. Plus, that was the first time I've actually seen them in over 2 years. It's not like I'm missing too much."
 
Aaron nodded softly and opened the car door for him when they arrive, closing it behind him before getting in the driver's seat. "Have you eaten enough? If not I can get some fresh meat from the butcher shop. Nothing added, just meat."
 
"I'll be fine for now, we can just get some later." Alex told him, smiling, and then looked down, frowning. "I was wondering...are you sure about... about taking me as a mate? It's...it's gonna be difficult."
 
Aaron smiled at him as he turned the car on and kissed him quickly before backing up and turning the car around. "Of course I'm sure. I love you. And I think I'm slowly learning how to make things work." He said, winking at him before driving off towards home.
 
Aaron smiled softly and reached over, holding one of his hands as he drove. "Don't worry about it. If I didn't love you I wouldn't worry, it comes with a price, just like everything does. But I'm more than willing to pay it."
 
Alex blushed, then grabbed his hand, locking their fingers together. "Thank you." Alex said, smiling softly at him.
 
Alex nodded, smiling softly. "Alright." Alex said, then looked down, blushing. "Do..do you think I...I can sleep at the foot of the bed again?" Alex asked him, blushing some more.
 
Aaron's eyes widened in surprise and he smiled at him sweetly, kissing him again though longer and sweeter this time. "Like I said. Anywhere you want." He said, though he was clearly happy with his decision.
 
Alex blushed softly, and then nodded. Then he began to strip, blushing softly, before laying in the awkward bed.
