Amalia blushed a bit, feeling comfortable as Ran ran his tail along side her back, relaxing her a bit as she payed attention to what she read in the book. She would often look up, seeing Mr. Demeyer right in the black board a few notes, such as years and such about Shakespears past lives and what he did during each passing year. She gave a small yawn, signifying she was already tired of studying, though truth be told, she's managed to last this long listening to her professor.Usually when twenty minutes have passed she was done with the lesson and simply leave, though this time, she managed to stay for the whole three hours of lecture and Mr. Demeyer was pretty impressed at that.
"Well..it seems you finally took time to stay and listen to me."he said with a smal smile on his face."The lecture is done for today alright.I expect for you to read a bit of Shakespears poems alright, I'll be expecting to here you talk about atleast one of them."he said setting hsi book down.
Amalia nodded her head, closing the book as well and stretched her arms up, tired of sitting for that long, though she was happy to be sitting next to someone else."don't worry..I'll read something.."she said smiling back and forced herself off the large sitting couch and looked back at Ran."shall we go..tis almost dinner."she said and was about to head to the door, though stopped looking at her professor."Mr. Demeyer, can I ask you something?"she asked, a bit nervously, though with seriousness in her tone.
Demeyer turned his head to her and wondered what was wrong."Sure...anything."he said.
"I wish....for you to give Ran an apology...for calling him vulgar and such."She said to him plain and simple."I know to everyone he is....he isn't of high nobility and such, though he is like any other person, he has feelings like me...treat him like you would me, my father...with a bit of respect."she explained to him.
Demeyer was a bit surprised.Sure this was unprincess like for Amalia, but the way she spoke, fighting for Ran's rights, it surely surprised. He simply smiled and looked at Ran."forgive thee....I did not mean for such words to come out.You should be glad, not everyone would fight for a crea-...no...for a person such as yourself...now..off with you or you won't get any dinner."he said shooing them out of his room.
