Lanteia's slid into the co-pilots seat, shaking her head to clear the last foggy feelings of sleep from her head as she examined various readouts and sensor displays. She scratched her head, looking very confused, seeming to check twice, three times.. then again just to be sure. Her quizzical expression deepened even further.
"Main computer on standby, life-support is online, main-power is down, running on backup's...Their comm's are.. online.." She swiped her hand across the screen moving through more read-outs, both eyebrows raised as each screen added to the look of utter confusion on her face, her expression one of concern and bafflement.
"All escape pods intact, all shuttles, fighters and utility craft still in their bays.. No external damage." She swiped onto the last screen, her head tilting one way and then the other. "Life-signs inconclusive.. the hell does that even mean." Lanteia looked uneasily at Claudia and then out of the cockpit window toward the largely slumbering outpost as they circled it, she shifted nervously in her seat.
"I guess we actually have a real mission for a change."
