((Probably once he starts to go outside and fly again~))
The two had grown close over the next couple of weeks, Ginger showing Sasuke the best places to find local shiny things, and snatch the best foods. They'd often spend days inside, the part of the city they were in always seemed to be pouring rain, making it a little more difficult to fly for Ginger, Sasuke's feathers having grown back completely.
Sasuke seemed to have relaxed a bit in his time with Ginger, but he still suffered from terrible nightmares and hallucinations. He listened to the rain hit the roof, playing with a new shiny he had found; a broken jade charm that had been thrown away some time ago.
Ginger lay under a mount of pillows and blankets, having dozed off an hour ago, Sasuke was the only one awake to listen to the rain. It fell steadily on the tin roof, making a soothing chorus of raindrops overhead before a sudden change hit. The rain overhead froze suddenly, turning into hail that shattered on the rooftops, a figure moving from building to building outside on the street below.
The person had white hair - waist-length - plastered to themselves by the heavy rainfall. They were searching for something, but who they were and what they were looking for was unclear. Soon they moved on, the rain returning to normal as the person left.
Sasuke felt a familiarity from the person, the hair reminding him of his bipolar crush, Amaya. He heaved a heavy sigh and moved back, fixing his nest with all his pretties.
Ginger looked up from perfecting her best of pillows, blankets, sheets, and feathers. "Um, ok I guess?" She made a face, she usually didn't do much flying in all honesty, usually only gliding the small distance down from her home.
