Unearthly Lust (DonVoltonus and AndNich123)

"You may want it later." She chuckled knowingly, leading her out of the room. She led her into a strange room with tanks lining the walls, her alien body floating in one.

Even though she dead when she was in this room, there was something familiar about it. "It smells in here. The stench of death I guess. Nadia, you're so much better than all this. Why do you stay?"

She sighed. "Oh Callie...you should trying being a little more accepting. If Sarovir trusted you, you'd see so much more of this amazing universe."

"Accepting," she questioned raising her eyebrows. "I don't want to see more of this amazing universe. I want to go back to living in mine. I want to be with you. I want to keep feeling all these indescribable pleasures. The problem is, is that I can't do all of those things. I have to pick, and I pick home. It's familiar. It's what's expected of me. Not everybody is okay with leaving home and living here," she gestured to the room. Don't you see that? Please tell me you understand. This place does have it's appeal, but it's not home. Yeah nobody cared about me at home, and I've been gone and nobody noticed, but at least at home I could leave when I wanted, alone, and didn't have to worry about getting permission to do whatever I wanted. Nobody had to know where I was all the time or what I was doing. Sarovir has to know everything. You and I are not free here. Don't you want to be free to do as you please?"

"I'm free, sweetie. I tell him where I'm going for safety. I can't imagine going home, hated and reviled. Or utterly alone, like you. If he trusts you, you will be free here."

"If he trusts me. He doesn't though. Does he? He'll never trust me, and I don't trust him. I trust you though Nadia. You wouldn't let him do anything to me. Nadia I don't think I can stay here though. I have to get out. I may have been alone at home, but it was home. I'm sorry you don't feel the same way about your home." Her face lights up. "Why don't you come with me? You can have a new home, and I won't be alone. I can show you all about our planet. You could be happy."

Callie gives her a certain stare. "Really? You're going to ask me am I okay with space travel when I've been in space, pregnant by an alien? Of course I'm okay with that, but promise me we'll come back to earth when we're done. Otherwise, no deal."

"We'll come back. But that's only on ships honey." She led her to a small spacecraft, a slightly triangular, two seater ship, almost like a small, wheel-less car.

She looks around the small craft. There were strange looking buttons and dials. "Do you know..what you're doing here?"

"Oh course!" She smiled, pressing a button, a swirling black vortex opening in front of them. "It's been a few years, but I remember what most of this does!" She gunned the engines, the ship jetting into the hole, emerging at the outer edge of earth's solar system. "Wow, your planets are so beautiful from up here. Too bad only two of them hold life."

She had to agree. Nadia was right. The view would leave anyone breathless. "Only two," she asked raising an eyebrow. "Alright Nadia. You brought me all this way. What else do you want to show me?"

"Yeah, Mars. But you guys will never find em." She grinned, turning the ship to darkness, covered in glittering stars. "Set course for Skor System."

The ship beeped a response, self stabilizing before bursting forth so fast the stars blurred around them. "Alright, we'll be there 15 minutes ago."

Callie laughed as her body was pressed into her seat when the ship thrust forward. "This is....amazing. The Skor System? Is that where you're from?"

"Nope, can't get within a light year of the planet." She chuckled. "DNA scanners. Lucky I was dating somebody important when my gender was found out. They got me an exile instead of an execution.

"Quite simply, I want to show you how much more you can have than your world. How beautiful and diverse this universe can be. How much there is to see.

"Shut up and look at this." She giggled, pointing forward as they came around a planet, three red, green, and blue suns orbiting in a tiny circle in the middle of a galaxy of white planets, lighting the up in a slew of varied colors, glittering as light danced in the craters upon them.

"Oh my gosh." Her voice was whispered tone as she leaned forward in her seat. "It's simply beautiful. I've never seen anything like it before. Not even in my dreams are things so spectacular. It's....there aren't words."

"Well, there are, but human vocal cords can't handle them...here..." She cleared her throat, making a low, vibrating hum, multiple frequencies at once, like an entire planet's worth of pure emotion, distilled into a shifting, chilling tone.

"Yes," she tells her nodding, wiping away a tear. "It's magnificent. I can't thank you enough for showing me this."

"Oh sweetie, this is just our first step. Hell, your eyes can't even see the fourth sun, it's outside the light spectrum of your eyes.

Something suddenly swipped past the window, pitch black, but surrounded in a reddish glow, like a living neon outline of a tentacle, more writhing around them. "Some creatures live in the void of space."
