Webcomics now a days, wants digital drawn stuff, like through Photoshop, gimp well even paint, i do have the tool -points at my table- to do it, but i can't draw that well on it yet and another thing, i'm really not that good to think of those small stories for the comics, need the inspiration from somewhere.

Well Red most comics are done by a writer and an illustrator. One makes up the story the other draws it. You really only need to be good at one.
