One of the greatest things about gaming on PC is that you can dramatically alter your game with mods! This thread is for discussing mods and posting images of your modded game.

Lately I've been neck deep, spending hours and hours, modding Skyrim and New Vegas. I've thrown in everything from textures and meshes for characters, to mods that completely alter the rules of combat. So, to kick off this thread, I'm going to post some pictures of my current Fallout: New Vegas game!

I'll probably take more as I play more, and inevitably add more and more mods. I'll likely take some shots that don't have the ENB (makes the game look pretty), so people can compare the vanilla game to the modded one. There will probably be some Skyrim shots sooner or later too.
Your character looks very awesome, a lot like what I tried to do with mine but so much better.

Thanks! I may have already explained it before, but I had to go through quite a bit of trouble to get her to look like that. Actually, just to get her to look like that is a very simple matter. Making it so none of the other characters look like her, required some effort. I had to create a custom race, otherwise every single woman in the game would end up with the same exact body and tattoos. The problem with body replacers is that they replace EVERY single body that pulls from those mesh and texture files. If you want your character to be especially unique, then you have to jump through some hoops.

I'm currently in the process of modding my Fallout 3 / New Vegas game to fit within Tales of Two Wastelands.

Normally I run with a load order of about 98-100+ mods, that's not counting graphical changes, textures and meshes.

However, getting it all to dance to the same tune in TTW is a time consuming nightmare.
Luckily someone created fnv4edit, otherwise it would be near impossible.
So far, I've managed to merge together two massive quest mods, where the first installment was made for Fallout 3 and the "Expansion" was made for New Vegas. Now, they are just one mod with a continuous story.

I'm refering to Quo Vagis and Coito Ergo Sum - Much like Maids II - Deception for Skyrim, those two mods adds a more mature storyline while keeping within the lore. Also, the author put a lot of effort into making sure the mod did very little to conflict with other mods and was compatible with perks and karma etc.

All in all, I would recommend Coito Ergo Sum for New Vegas for anyone who's looking for a deep, mature storyline created in a mod.

Decided to try to make some cool settlement stuff.

Here's my player home/garage.
